Shark never fails to disappoint, their products are made of low quality plastic that reach failures just a few months into regular use. The mopping feature is an absolute joke unless you live in a 12x12ft apartment. The mapping system seems to be keen on taking the least efficient routes possible, my ninja blender has a more advanced operating system than this piece of garbage. If you want a quality product, look elsewhere. If you want a product that will find itself in a landfill within only a few months, buy shark.

Honestly its not worth it. The mop only gets wet on one side the tank runs out after like 1 sweet i live in an apartment image a house. It is made for dummys though very easy to use

Dont waste your money! This is a piece of junk. It only covers a very small portion of my apartment. I cant get it to go into my bedroom and it only does 1/2 my living room. Wont return to the doc. Gets an error every time. Supposed to empty the dust bin automatically but tbat doesnt work either. Keeps saying its blocked.

Not so great. Mopping is good but mapping of the route is not great

bought because of the mopping technology. it is easy to use. only problem with mopping set, it can not use self empty base.

Best robot vacuum ive had so far between Samsung, ecovacs, irobot. Only possible place for improvement would be maybe the app features

I bought this vacuum in February of 2023 and everthing worked well until a few months ago when it started spinning in circles and giving me an error 18. I finally got around to calling customer service this week and was told this was a known issue however because I was out of warranty they would not sell me the part to fix the issue that was for warranty customers only. They offered a 30% coupon if I purchased on the phone directly from them right now, I have been a fan of Shark products and own several however I will no longer be purchasing Shark products. I paid $642.00 for this vacuum and to be told we have the part to fix it but we won’t sell it to you is poor customer service in my opinion. I did not accept their 30% coupon but instead purchased a new Eufy from Best Buy.

Yes so happy to receive this product but every time I tried to connect to email we could never to connect to the internet It is pretty sad when the geek squad couldn't even get connected to the internet. He kept changing password then tried to call and it kept giving our Baby

Robot Vacuum for our downstairs floors that are vinyl planking. We have a pet that sheds a lot and this has been the perfect solution. Run it every couple of days and no more pet hair issues. Love it!

My family and I love it, we are helping each other a lot and that's because I have a shell, which sheds a lot of hair. This one does a great job.

Just the perfect machine, it does it’s job, only thing is that water cup broke in mine but I have the protection plan so I’ll get a new one. Even though is an expensive protection plan

Unreliable , poor battery life I’m not sure it’s ever cleaned the entire 1st floor , which my inexpensive original OKP robot vac did every day ..

Only reason I’m rating it fair is because the vacuum was good . Other than that it did not empty , mop was streaky

Great as projecting. Reliable no problem. Works hands free

Getting this thing to work was a headache. It scans the areas, then has you tell which area is a mop area and which is a vacuum area. Then you have to physically switch the mop head and vacuum head for the areas. When I purchased this I didn’t know this . Then it wants to dock on a hard wood floor which I do not have any, the mopping areas are linoleum. Overall a hassle.
