    Mine stopped charging after 2 weeks. Not sure what happened, I took it back to the store to pick up a Dyson .

    I’ve had this Shark vacuum for about a year, and it already stopped working. It cleaned well at first, but for the price, I expected it to last much longer. Very disappointed.

    Vacuum got caught on the edge of a throw rug and stopped, it got stuck at the leg of a lamp and stopped and at one time it only ran for 8 minutes then re docked itself Other people I k is said they have had good luck with theirs
