    This is a terrible product. The dust bin has broken not once but twice now in less than 3 months. Theres clearly a product defect that shark has yet to fix.

    We have had problems with this vacuum since the day we set it up. They sent us a replacement part and it worked for one day.

    Bad sensors

    Robot was constantly getting stuck in a place a out in map to avoid, it only cleaned once and it didn’t mop all of the areas just corners and not the center, it never went back to the dock by itself it never found dock and was just going back and forward and it get disconnected because it never got back to dock

    Robot does not do as stated. Called Best Buy and received Verification Code 11484711 and was told I would receive a return call. It has not happened. Best But not good for their word.

    This product continues to break down and customer support is not helpful. They charge you for any replacement parts. I had not even had this 6 months before it stopped working the first time. Paid for and received the replacement and 2 months later that one stopped working.

    Poor customer service at Best Buy.

    Quit working properly after 30 days. Bright it back to Best Buy to exchange for a new one, and they gave me a lame excuse that they only have a 15 day return policy.

    Huge let down from shark

    I have owned several shark vacuums over the years and have only ever replaced one cause of something better coming out. This one is a HUGE let down. The vacum function is awful and the mopping is worse. Dont waste your time.

    I have had this since January, it was great until it randomly broke. Several pieces just flung out. A spring from the grey button just flung itself across the room. So disapoointed.
