My brother-in-law took it out of the box and when I found out all the work I’d have to do to get the house ready to use it I said forget it send it back so we did waiting on refund

Weak Mopping Feature

Junk Vacuum, Even worse return policy

We purchased this vacuum and it worked great...... for 15 days. on the morning of day 16, it broke. Best Buy will not make an exception and now i have to schedule an in store appointment for them to attempt to fix it. It is unreturnable....

Not pet friendly

Clogs non stop due to pet and human hair. Then continues to run collecting nothing. Collection bon is always empty when going to u clog

If you happen to observe any clogging in the self-empty base, we recommend scheduling regular cleaning missions through the SharkClean app. This will minimize the amount of debris picked up during each cleaning session, reducing the likelihood of debris passing through the robot to the self-empty base.

Dissapointed

No Good

Very bad quality

It broke several times and had to buy parts more than once which were not cheap. Only worked for about a year and a half. I ended up throwing it in the garbage.

Skip the 2 in 1 and just get the vacuum option.

Stopped Mopping after 1 week

Save your money, don’t buy.

Customer service was not any help either! All they kept saying was that it was the IOS on my phone and not their product. Zero out of zero would not buy again.

I own two and neither work very well

I've used over 6 different robot brands and this is the worst! The robot does not properly align with charging contacts so it's always dead. Both have the same issue!
