Vacuums very well. It does not get entire house. Difficult to map. Had to do multiple times. Haven’t tried the mop feature yet. It does do a good job on the places it goes . I may not be tech savvy enough to set up correctly. If you are tech savvy i think it would be an amazing product. Canister much smaller than I thought

I like that I can start it and let it clean on its own, which is very convenient. However, you do need to make sure the area is clear beforehand. It tends to get caught on cords and can get stuck under beds or furniture if you're not careful. The battery life is disappointing. It frequently dies before completing a full cleaning cycle, which can be frustrating. While it does a decent job maintaining the floors between cleanings, it doesn't provide the deep clean I was hoping for. In my opinion, it's not worth the full retail price of around $700. If you can find it for $300 or less, it may be worth considering. I would also strongly recommend purchasing the warranty. My first unit stopped mopping after only six months. I took it to Geek Squad, and they were unable to repair it, so it had to be replaced. Overall, it's a decent maintenance tool, but I wouldn't rely on it as a replacement for regular deep cleaning.

I haven’t tested it on a very dirty floor with the vacuum only setting yet, but I use this to do the mopping for me while I clean the rest of the house. I love that I can set it to do 2 sweeps. It seems to map my floor better than my roomba did. The only thing I don’t love is that you have to empty and refill the water each time you use it. But for half the price of the other ones that have a water reserve, I’m happy with it!

This device has become very helpful in my life. I love the fact it makes patterns in my carpet. It empties itself! The only two cons is that is bumps and knocks over everything and then it doesn’t do a full clean. It has to charge at least once before resuming cleaning. Other than that the intelligence of it is incredible it has become super convenient in my life as a busy mom who sometimes is rush and forgets to vacuum I set it on and leave the house or go to sleep and I cleans I love love love it!!!

I’ve had this for about a month now and I’m really loving it! It did a pretty accurate map of my house and seems to have really good suction on both carpet and hardwood. I have 2 cats so I run the vacuum 4 times a week and the mop at least twice a week. Mopping does require you to swap the attachment which I didn’t realize til I got it but I kinda like that now that I’ve been using it. I was really impressed with the mop and how well it does. My floors feel really clean afterwards. The app also does a really good job at walking you through everything about setup/usage. The initial setup does take a while but after that it’s very easy to use.

This vacuum is less user friendly than my former roborock s5. It has the app like the roborock but i cant actively see where its at on app if im away and i cant manually control it from my phone. I set it to clean and sometimes it just spins for several minutes, i will set it to clean certain rooms and it wont do the entire room and will clean where i didnt set it to clean. It constantly got stuck on my barstool bases so i had to set a boundary there.

Picks up dog hair extremely well but in doing so can cause the roller to be jammed. My floors stay consistently clean, and it just looks cool having a little dirt hungry robot goblin cruising around your house. My chihuahua likes to climb on top of the vacuum with its missing front leg and ride the robot like it's the cool kid in high school.

Switched from a roomba due to the moping feature, bought for the advertised suction power otherwise. The self dumping feature is great, easy to setup. Had issues with app initially but solved after. Beware it is a cable eater so be careful to not leave anything it might gobble up. In all honesty the app might be the worst part of the shark, it does map a house properly but labelling certain areas becomes a bit tedious. Mopping feature is more than a gimmick, it cleans well, have not had issues on my floors, and it does offer a water only cleaning.

I had high hopes for this robot vacuum and mop, but unfortunately the mopping feature has been disappointing. Even on the highest mopping setting, my floors still feel dirty afterward, and I find myself having to manually mop to get them truly clean. The vacuum function, however, works great. It picks up dirt, dust, and pet hair effectively, and I’ve been very happy with that aspect of the product. Another issue I’ve experienced is frequent disconnections from Wi-Fi. The robot is located very close to my router, so I wouldn’t expect connectivity to be a problem, yet it regularly loses connection and requires reconnecting. Overall, if you’re mainly looking for a robot vacuum, this may work well for you. But if you’re expecting the mopping feature to thoroughly clean your floors, you may be disappointed.

Our shark does what it's supposed to do. We have not had it long enough to speak on it. I did have to put her on punishment because she started doing what she was not supposed to do. To be continued

The Kraken-per our dogs I had to send her out a few times to learn/map the house. Over time she changes her pattern. Doesn’t clean the same. I’m amazed at how much “stuff” gets picked up. I think I can do without the mop part. Kinda a pain in my opinion. For some reason she only cleaned half the area today. Will keep an eye on that. Otherwise more than I expected really. I’m happy with my purchase

Vacuum carpets, hard floors and mops hard surface floors pretty good. Saves time in my bizzy schedule from cleaning and as are working on other things. Its easy to program and manage unit. A lot of information on YOUTUBE on how to use.

Super dependable. Love the fact that I can have it switch from vacuum to mopping. Only downside is for some reason I can not have it go on a schedule on the app. Unsure if that is just a technical mishap or not. but otherwise, me and my fiance love it

The good here is the vacuum and the base. They are really good quality and work very well especially for the price. The vacuum does a better job than my previous robot. The mopping ability is also very good. The bad however is really bad. The Shark app and mapping is horrible. The app is glitchy. The set up took multiple tries to get mapping correct. The robot just kept spinning and going back to the base. When things are supposedly mapped, then you have to set up for rug avoidance. No matter how much you re-run the thing never fully gets it right. It either goes on the rug or goes so far from the rug that there’s no point. Additionally the robot is always going into areas not mapped and getting stuck. It will sometimes just spin in circles. Oh, if you have two floors you can’t have two different maps. With the price better than competitors I bought two, one upstairs and one down and now I regret it. I really want to love this but the app and mapping is so bad all I want to do is return both.

Honestly started off disappointed with this product as it struggled to figure out where it was before it could clean. Mapping it to a smaller area has helped that. It doesn’t do well when there’s too many obstacles. However the large wheels can easily get over thresholds separating rooms. The suction is average, and of course it can not do corners. It has not replaced my regular or hand vacuum. I have yet to use the mopping function.

We use the matrix for our outdoor patio area, and so far it has met our needs. The accompanying instructions were helpful for initial assembly of the appliance, but lacked instructions regarding functions, how to switch between vac and mop, where to fill cleaning fluid, when and how to empty collection bins— thank goodness for YouTube!

So far I have tried iRobot and shark. Of the two I prefer shark. The cost is lower. It works better. And I have to manage it less. These are all pluses. Plus this model has mopping ability. Which my other robot does not. Even though it cost in and around the same price perhaps even a little bit more than the shark. Now here's the downside: the robot will not switch from vacuuming to vacuum up on its own. You have to make a conscious choice for it to mop. Which means using their special cleaning fluid or water. As you cannot use stuff the suds up. That can get expensive. Fortunately there are many sources for this fluid relatively cheap. The fluid for the vacuum mops / robot mops work great. It's the same stuff. Buy that. Another good feature that I forgot to mention is that the mop pads are reusable. I robot doesn't have a lot of reusable parts. They really don't. You can wash the mop pad over and over again without a problem. And honestly after a good cleaning mission you probably want to wash the mop pad. Another good part is the base. There is no bag inside there. Thank you. iRobot puts a bag in their base. That's annoying. Even if you buy off brand parts it's still expensive to maintain. Thank you so much for not being a jerk and using the bag. Finally, we have to talk about one other downside to shark. It doesn't pick up quite as well as iRobot. Is that a huge difference? No. They almost clean as well. I robot is better at cleaning out the robot then shark is. Sometimes you have to open up the dustpan and suck it out with a regular vacuum. That's annoying. But considering how often iRobot broke down on me I'll take this minor annoyance. In truth, any cleaning robot is better than no cleaning robot. We all don't clean our floors quite the way we should. We are busy. We need someone or something that is more than happy to clean, clean, clean. That's a robot for you. Any robot you choose is a win. I cannot say for sure if the shark is better than other brands such as roborock. Because I've never personally owned those robots. But I can compare iRobot to Shark. And I say if you had to choose between the two choose Shark. You're going to have so much more bang for your buck.

The guy is very good once it's all set. At first it was very annoying because it was disconnecting from the wifi a lot and you basically had to start all over every time you tried to use it. But after a while it works very well. I wish the app would tell me when the robot doesn't have enough liquids.

Works great, rarely gets stuck. Doesn’t replace an actual vacuum but it can definitely hold you over in between sessions. Great for under the bed as well. Wish it got closer to the couch.

I've used this amazing product for the last month and a half. This robot vacuum has given me so much peace of mind and I'm constantly impressed by how well it works. The app is very easy to use, maps out your house very accurately, and does way better than my manual labored vacuuming and mopping. It allow you to mark carpeted areas so the mopping feature doesn't mop on the carpet. I've recommend this product to so many friends and family members of mine and they all share the exact same opinion. Must buy, it'll change your life and give you a lot of time to do other things in the house. I got this product as a total tech deal and it was an amazing buy!
