I'm very happy. I had an old roomba (800 series) besides the auto empty feature, this is much quieter and seems to do a better job with the methodical back and forth instead of random patterns. The moping feature isn't too great. I have a large downstairs area. It didn't get half way done before it needed more water. I'm still very happy.

The best and superb cleaning experience. It mapped my house in one go and started cleaning at the scheduled times and days without any hassles. It is smart with any obstacle and doesn’t it it hard. Comes in 3 different settings and I chose max whenever guests are arriving. Does the job fast and quick. I would recommend everyone to have this. I had purchased Roomba before and returned it within a week as it failed mapping my house every time. This is one is the best. I don’t really need to rely on cleaners for the job anymore.

This thing is the best. We have 3 dogs and no longer spend a good chunk of our time every other day vacuuming. Works excellent. My husband set it up so idk how that process was but he didn’t say anything about that process at all so I think that was fairly easy as well. It’s the best thing ever. The mopping part is so nice too and it does a great job you can really tell a difference in the floor when it mops also. Definitely recommend!

Our little robit, aptly named Steve McClean, is a hard and highly valued worker. He's pretty decent at mapping out the house, although it did take a few attempts to get it perfectly accurate (he struggled with defining the wall that separates the guest room to the adjacent room, making it all one big area). He's on a scheduled clean every day and it's such a nice feeling to get home from work to nice clean floors. We use the mopping function once a week to keep our floors taken care of. He's made a decent quality of life upgrade.

It’s a descent vacuum but I really didn’t want one I had to change bags. Took it a little longer than I expected to get hooked up to my internet but it may of been the internet overall satisfactory so far

Seems to work very well picks up pet hair and other items as hoped. The navigation or mapping seems a bit wonky, the map it originally made was fairly accurate but the robot seems to miss areas or entire rooms occasionally. But it is easy enough to send it to a room to pick up what it missed.

I’ve been using the Shark mop + vacuum robot combo and it’s been great—especially with pets. The vacuum is strong and picks up pet hair really well without getting tangled, which is a big plus. The mopping feature is good for light, everyday cleaning but not a deep scrub. It helps keep floors fresh between cleanings. Overall, it’s perfect for maintaining clean floors daily with minimal effort, especially if you have pets.

So far I have only used the vaccum function. I abosolutely love it. Nice to be able to just tell it to vaccum and forget it. Goes over LVP and Carpet without issue. It mapped our entire house and vaccums it each time. I have not used the mop feature or the specific room feature yet. Just getting to know all the features.

It is the first one I have and wow it is very efficient, my wife loved it and I also find it easy to use with the app, both the vacuum cleaner and the mop work well. most of it is hardwood flooring and some rugs. I recommend it

Several reviews have said it is loud, I don’t think it is any louder than a vacuum. It also does a really good job and well worth the extra money. We had one that was half the price and it was always getting tangled and had issues with getting stuck. It lasted a year before it broke. Highly recommend this vacuum

I love this vacuum and mop. I can get the job done in one pass. It's also quiet. Easy to operate. Can't say enough about this.

I love my “GrandmaShark”! It picks up great and the moping works perfect. It was easy to use and to program the map for the house.

I love my shark but it is a little difficult with the mopping feature. The vaccuming is so nice though. I love turning it on before i leave the house & coming home to crisp lines

Easy to use and does a great job on my hardwoods and short rugs. The self emptying base is a great feature and allows me to vacuum a ton of times without even having to think about it or lift an arm.

I’ve been using the Shark Matrix Plus 2-in-1 Robot Vacuum & Mop for a while now, and it has exceeded my expectations. The suction power is impressive, and the sonic mopping does a fantastic job on my hard floors. The home mapping feature is spot-on, allowing the robot to clean efficiently without missing spots. I love that it’s self-emptying less maintenance for me! Connecting it to Wi-Fi and controlling it via the app is super convenient, and I can schedule cleanings even when I’m not home. It’s been a game changer in keeping my home clean with minimal effort. Definitely worth the investment!

Works great and returns to housing device to self empty

This robot does a good job on small areas. I purchased it for an upstairs level that is primarily carpet. It didn't hold the charge very long because of the extra work on the carpet and the large area (over 1500 sq ft). Also, the base isn't very sturdy and the robot kept having trouble docking to empty its dust bin. I'm sure if I had an area with a hard floor and outlet that it would have worked better, but I didn't want it sitting in my bathroom so I was limited to a carpet placement which isn't recommended. I returned it and purchased the more expensive version that I already had one of for my lower level.
