It is the first one I have and wow it is very efficient, my wife loved it and I also find it easy to use with the app, both the vacuum cleaner and the mop work well. most of it is hardwood flooring and some rugs. I recommend it

I love this vacuum and mop. I can get the job done in one pass. It's also quiet. Easy to operate. Can't say enough about this.

My wife and I have had this for a little over 2 weeks now and are wondering why we didn’t get it sooner. To start off we used to have and older model and it really didn’t get the job done so we bought this one and it really helped maintain my house with having a Rottweiler and a Chihuahua that also doesn’t disturb my dogs overall 10/10

I love my “GrandmaShark”! It picks up great and the moping works perfect. It was easy to use and to program the map for the house.

Amazing product! Its easy to use and so convenient for me and my family. With pets in the house it helps so much. It works overnight and we wake up to clean floors.

The mop and vacum featurs is great and the house mapping is amazing

First one we got would not mop, second one after replacement worked fine. The mopping feature is nice in theory but does not clean as much as you’d like. The vacuum and self emptying is very convenient and nice.

I really wanted to love this. But honestly if I could return it, I would. I have a 1400 SF ranch home with no carpeting. I thought this would be perfect. The truth is this is just more trouble than it is worth. I have never had it complete a cleaning without it getting stuck or having another issue. I should have just purchased a vacuum and not one that includes the mop. Pros- it has a nice vacuum and the app is easy to use. The machine is pretty quiet. And it picks up a lot of dirt. Cons - I expected to be able to just ask for it to vacuum without mopping. There are tricks to get that to work by setting up carpet zones. But that isn't ideal. The water reservoir doesn't hold enough water for the clean so I need to fill it up midway. Not a huge deal but the dirt reservoir is normally full so it makes a mess. I wish it would go to the dock and empty the vacuum before it stops working because of the water level. The pad for mopping is finicky and the Velcro holders are pretty useless. So it loses the pad pretty frequently.

First of all, it isn't perfect. But it is pretty amazing. When mopping the floor, occasionally, it misses a couple of spots. We have a large floor, so I guess that isn't too bad. We just hit Spot Clean and that's handles. The mopping is very good. We were genuinely surprised as to how well that works. Vacuuming is excellent also. It does a good job of keeping it self un-stuck. My old Roomba was always getting hung up underneath furniture. Battery capacity is great. Overall, we are very happy with our purchase.

This is an awesome 2 in 1 vacuum/mop combo! Couldnt beat the price and it works amazing! I have 2 dogs with short hair that shed a ton and we are always needing to sweep. I have the vacuum set on a schedule and I have it mop once a week! It doesnt bump or slam into anything and can be mapped to vacuum and mop certain areas and to not vacuum and mop other areas. Took a little bit to set up but once everything is set up it has very little upkeep!

It definitely works good the vacuum is nice the mops nice but it does have difficulties draining the vacuum of the debris into the container

The Shark Matrix has been great in keeping our carpets clean. Easy to set up and nice to have the app so we can control it on our phones.

It vacuums well. It does well with dog. I would give it a 5 star bit the mopping system is not that great. It sprays the cleaner and the cloth underneath gets so soaked thats it leaves the floors drenched.

10 days after our purchase the vacuum had a red light on and stopped running. My husband started troubleshooting and watching YouTube videos but couldn’t get it resolved. He had to return and get a new one, and now this one works really well! We love it.

We had a Roomba before that finally gave up on us after 5 years. We love this it was a lot more affordable and I feel works just as good I’ve used it in our rooms with rug and the living area with tile works great on both. The only issue I have had is that I send it to one room and it goes into others even after mapping we also haven’t used the mop feature yet

Really love it! It’s a little frustrating to get set up and map out your house but once you do, it’s like having a cleaning lady. Just vacuum some mops while you’re doing other things. Great purchase for the price.

Does a great job cleaning. Only downfall is on the higher settings it has to return to the dock to charge for a while before finishing. But with the ability to create a schedule it’s is easy to work around when set in the middle of the night

My rumba was just not sweeping and missing spots when mopping. Reviews online and couple of friends reviews, deciding to try a shark. Mapping is so advanced nothing gets missed. It picks up debris in the front and mops from the rear. Pretty quiet, have the ability to just clean one area or every room. I would rate this as a 9 out of 10 because you have to hand empty after mopping. Rumba 4 out of 10 because misses spots and doesn’t pick up all the debris

I wish Shark would add software that enables the machine to operate with a map of multiple floors, and maybe a machine that goes up and down stairs, which is why I can't give this a full 5 stars. I end up having to do more work than needed to take care of the areas it doesn't cover, but for the most part, it does what it is supposed to do.

I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS ENOUGH! I hate sweeping & mopping and this has completely changed my life. It maps your whole place and you can set up zones you don’t want it to go for both vacuuming & mopping. It self empties so you don’t have to worry about emptying after vacuuming and changing the head for the mopping portion is just as easy. There’s an option to put it on a schedule so it’ll automatically go at the fixed times. I’m obsessed.
