1 of my favorite vacuums. I did have to return because for the price it didn't go directly to the rooms i told it to. Besides that it was pretty nice to try it out for a bit

Bought it for my wife as a Christmas gift, she absolutely loves it used it all the time especially that it vacuum and washes the floor give her free time to do other things she enjoys

10 days after our purchase the vacuum had a red light on and stopped running. My husband started troubleshooting and watching YouTube videos but couldn’t get it resolved. He had to return and get a new one, and now this one works really well! We love it.

We love it, it does a great job, but it mops much better than a previous, more expensive brand we bought at Target.

It does such an awesome job. Don’t have to clean up as much with the three of us and 5 animals. It gets the job done!!!

Our little robit, aptly named Steve McClean, is a hard and highly valued worker. He's pretty decent at mapping out the house, although it did take a few attempts to get it perfectly accurate (he struggled with defining the wall that separates the guest room to the adjacent room, making it all one big area). He's on a scheduled clean every day and it's such a nice feeling to get home from work to nice clean floors. We use the mopping function once a week to keep our floors taken care of. He's made a decent quality of life upgrade.

I really wanted to love this. But honestly if I could return it, I would. I have a 1400 SF ranch home with no carpeting. I thought this would be perfect. The truth is this is just more trouble than it is worth. I have never had it complete a cleaning without it getting stuck or having another issue. I should have just purchased a vacuum and not one that includes the mop. Pros- it has a nice vacuum and the app is easy to use. The machine is pretty quiet. And it picks up a lot of dirt. Cons - I expected to be able to just ask for it to vacuum without mopping. There are tricks to get that to work by setting up carpet zones. But that isn't ideal. The water reservoir doesn't hold enough water for the clean so I need to fill it up midway. Not a huge deal but the dirt reservoir is normally full so it makes a mess. I wish it would go to the dock and empty the vacuum before it stops working because of the water level. The pad for mopping is finicky and the Velcro holders are pretty useless. So it loses the pad pretty frequently.

Good item. It was easy to set up and scanned whole house. I first had to sweep and mop since I have several pets but since then I just run it every other day and the floors are spotless. I use it on stained concrete floor along with an area rug in the living area and it has no problems transitioning nor cleaning. I recommend it but do not recommend cleaning completely dirty floors from the get go. Give it a head start and itll take over from there.

Overall this wasn’t a bad vacuum but had issues. I thought Shark would have a better product but I thought this was lacking. The mopping pad continuously came off and the battery died within a year and I had to return. It was able to perform in a pinch but I’ll be hesitant to buy another Shark product in the future.

First of all, it isn't perfect. But it is pretty amazing. When mopping the floor, occasionally, it misses a couple of spots. We have a large floor, so I guess that isn't too bad. We just hit Spot Clean and that's handles. The mopping is very good. We were genuinely surprised as to how well that works. Vacuuming is excellent also. It does a good job of keeping it self un-stuck. My old Roomba was always getting hung up underneath furniture. Battery capacity is great. Overall, we are very happy with our purchase.

I wish Shark would add software that enables the machine to operate with a map of multiple floors, and maybe a machine that goes up and down stairs, which is why I can't give this a full 5 stars. I end up having to do more work than needed to take care of the areas it doesn't cover, but for the most part, it does what it is supposed to do.

Very satisfied with the robotic vacuum cleaner as it is functioning as promised. Very reliable product and no issues so far. No glitches noticed. Great product Shark matrix!

It is the first one I have and wow it is very efficient, my wife loved it and I also find it easy to use with the app, both the vacuum cleaner and the mop work well. most of it is hardwood flooring and some rugs. I recommend it

I love this vacuum and mop. I can get the job done in one pass. It's also quiet. Easy to operate. Can't say enough about this.

I love my “GrandmaShark”! It picks up great and the moping works perfect. It was easy to use and to program the map for the house.

This is a good robot vacuum at a lower price point, but the suction is not great (only 2,500 PA) and I found it was not enough suction to take care of all the crumbs on our rugs.

Quiet works nicely doesnt get all dog hair at all but that was expected neither did the roomba i got fluffy dogs. Easy to use simple set up does what I need to do would buy again.

I wanted to love this Shark robot vacuum/mop, but after about a month it’s been mostly frustration. The mopping doesn’t work, the mapping is wildly inaccurate, and zoning isn’t usable. It rarely recognizes floor types correctly. Even with my floors cleared each day, it still knocks things over and gets tangled in cords and brushes. It has only completed 2–3 successful runs; most attempts end with a new error. It also randomly left the dock and then couldn’t find its way back. This morning the app showed it disconnected at 5% battery after sitting on the dock overnight. The “60 days without emptying” claim didn’t hold up either—I’ve already had to empty the base. On the few days it did finish, the cleaning looked good, but it’s not dependable enough for daily use. Disappointing for a ~$400 purchase. Shark, stop false advertising, this has been an absolute annoying and disappointing experience so far!!!!

For the price, it gets the job done. It definitely cleans up dust from your wooden floors or rugs or tiles. The mopping feature is nice but you will need quite a bit of shark's cleaning solution. It does get lost once in awhile which is an annoyance but it's a robot relying on what it mapped and changes everyday. It will clean around these objects if you placed them there recently but if you map your house with everything on the ground it will not go there and clean.
