I'm loving my Shark Robot Vacuum and Mop! Before this one, I had bought two Rombo Robot Vacuums, which I returned because they weren't efficient. When they mopped, they left lines and streaks, and the other one didn't vacuum properly. I decided to try the Shark Robot Vacuum and Mop, and I'm loving it. It leaves no streaks and vacuums very well. It's very good and quiet. I totally recommend it.

Amazing! With a shedding pet, the Shark came in clutch. Have not used the mopping feature but have been very impressed with the Shark. Setup took about an hour or two with the mapping but time well spent. We’ve noticed less dust buildup on several surfaces since we started using and the areas just look and feel cleaner. I empty every two days and surprised with the amount of dirt and hair it picks up.

A great idea and value at the time but this will be a vaccum you'll need to babysit a lot. It gets lost. Stuck in corners, and dies. I spend more time looking for than enjoying the automation.

OMG this is by far one of my favorite purchases. I am a vacuum queen have way to many to count but this one is so amazing. I can go into the app at the end of a long day and send “Alfred”, that’s his name out and wake up to a clean floor and space I truly love it!

I love it! I can set it up while I do laundry, or cook. I make the vacuum run everyday, but have to set up the mop individually. It is sometimes messy changing out the canisters. I recently got the upgraded Shark for my upper level, that drops the mop-pad and picks it up when it needs it and refills itself- it’s a lot less messy! It can be a pain changing out the canisters.

The product worked right out of the box and setup time including the app was very easy to use. The custom mapping allowed us to break apart the house to be able to clean areas needing it more by selecting the zone. I also love the 'scheduling' option so presently "Que" (our name for him) works at night after we are asleep - it is awesome.

The best and superb cleaning experience. It mapped my house in one go and started cleaning at the scheduled times and days without any hassles. It is smart with any obstacle and doesn’t it it hard. Comes in 3 different settings and I chose max whenever guests are arriving. Does the job fast and quick. I would recommend everyone to have this. I had purchased Roomba before and returned it within a week as it failed mapping my house every time. This is one is the best. I don’t really need to rely on cleaners for the job anymore.

The Shark Matrix Plus 2-in-1 has exceeded all my expectations. The suction power is impressive, and it picks up dust, hair, and debris effortlessly. The mapping is accurate, the routes are efficient, and it transitions smoothly between floors and carpet. The app is intuitive, schedling is simple, and the cacuum runs quietly. Overall, this robot vacuum delivers outstanding cleaning performance and convenience. Highly recommend!

Its a very helpful item and works very well. Only negative thing i can say about it but its not really negative is if you leave certain things on The floor like my laptop for example it will roll over top of the laptop but its definitely worth it and worth the price .East to use and set up

I’ve had a few robot vacuums and I have 3 dogs. This one excels past my expectations and is so easy to clean! 10/10 recommend! Thinking of buying a second one!

I love this vaccuum. It will vaccuum and mop at the same time and take alot of stress off me. My only complaint is with the app not allowing for multiple schedules and the no go zones arent small enough for the spaces i need to be no go zones. Not a huge ordeal though

It works amazing as long as nothing gets stuck like shoe laces or rugs. Mop function is ok only used once.

Works great and gets the job done! With two cats and two kids it makes keeping the floor clean a breeze!

I love it. Gets into corners better than I expected and is so good at maneuvering. I use it twice a week for sweeping. The mop attachment is also better than expected. I use that about once a week and spot mop some areas the shark can’t get to. Overall cut down on my cleaning time and is a huge help. Slightly loud so I do it during the day. But compared to a normal vacuum it’s alot quieter. It takes about 90 minute to complete my house. Approx. 1,300sqft. I have waterproof LVT floors. I told my mom and sister to get one and they love it too.

Like our previous Shark this makes cleaning easy and now with one for each floor its nice to have the house clean after a hard days work. The app with both robots works great and is easy to use, that along with Alexa makes this a great house cleaning tool. Pair the vacuum with mopping feature is great for the hardwood floors and carpet. I would highly recommend.

I purchased a robot vacuum about 10 years ago & wasn't happy with it. I received this one as a gift & WOW has the tech improved! It navigates my dining room chairs, cleans up all the dirt & dog hair & even empties itself. I LOVE this vacuum.

Seems to work very well picks up pet hair and other items as hoped. The navigation or mapping seems a bit wonky, the map it originally made was fairly accurate but the robot seems to miss areas or entire rooms occasionally. But it is easy enough to send it to a room to pick up what it missed.

This robot does a good job on small areas. I purchased it for an upstairs level that is primarily carpet. It didn't hold the charge very long because of the extra work on the carpet and the large area (over 1500 sq ft). Also, the base isn't very sturdy and the robot kept having trouble docking to empty its dust bin. I'm sure if I had an area with a hard floor and outlet that it would have worked better, but I didn't want it sitting in my bathroom so I was limited to a carpet placement which isn't recommended. I returned it and purchased the more expensive version that I already had one of for my lower level.

I bought the device due to reviews and $300 price drop. I am disappointed in the anount of debree and dust it misses. I programed the separate room features and it keeps going into a stay out zone. I like hiw it charges and the concept of it vaccuming when not home. But just doesnt work well. When it goes back to the doc. I like how the debree sucks into the stand automatically. This could be a nice vaccuum if it vacuumed well and the features worked as intended. The programming of separatr rooms could be resolved with an software update. The ability to vacuum close to walls would require a design changes. Ok ig you need floors vaccuumed in a general sense. But if you want the floors truly vaccumed aleverywhere. Do not recommend.

I love this vacuum/ mop. No issues and I have had it for a few months now
