For the price, it gets the job done. It definitely cleans up dust from your wooden floors or rugs or tiles. The mopping feature is nice but you will need quite a bit of shark's cleaning solution. It does get lost once in awhile which is an annoyance but it's a robot relying on what it mapped and changes everyday. It will clean around these objects if you placed them there recently but if you map your house with everything on the ground it will not go there and clean.

Good item. It was easy to set up and scanned whole house. I first had to sweep and mop since I have several pets but since then I just run it every other day and the floors are spotless. I use it on stained concrete floor along with an area rug in the living area and it has no problems transitioning nor cleaning. I recommend it but do not recommend cleaning completely dirty floors from the get go. Give it a head start and itll take over from there.

This was my first robot vacuum cleaner and it worked fine, I would have to consistently empty it because of the amount of cat hair and human hair that would get trapped. The little brush would come loose if it got caught on rugs or other items. Worked Best on leveled floor

Best thing about the Shark is it collects all the dog hair imaginable (80 pound retriever who sheds like crazy). The mopping feature cleans just as well and can sweep at the same time. The auto cleaning feature ensures no mess when needs to clean the vaccum itself. The mapping and wifi capabilities make this the beat robort/AI vacuum yet. It doesnt just blast into furniture like others do. You’re able to block off certain areas if you need too as well. Iverall after 6 weeks of use we have ZERO complaints. Hope this helps!

Love this vacuum. it does such a great job. Get the warranty, because it will break after a year of use (if you have pets). But i love it so much I just keep repurchasing

Overall rating: would not recommend to a friend. Let's start with the vacuum function. We have animals that shed, as well as tiny humans. This vacuum is great for picking up regular floor debris, however, for picking up anything beyond the size of a grain of rice, forget about it. Beads will clatter in the roller for minutes until it gives up and spits it out. Animal hair clogs up the roller and the passage to the bin. Human hair winds itself upon the roller despite its "tangle free" design, rendering the roller useless. Floor edges are left untouched, as if debris is pushed from the middle of the room to the edges and now it's "clean". Now, the mop attachment. Total lifesaver for maintenance mopping. No, it will not scrub your floors to pristine condition, break out your OCedar for that. The robot itself. If you have transition pieces that separate your rooms, the robot will get stuck. Robot has gotten lost in a 2000sqft home, i.e. sent to one room and started moving to complete opposite end of the home. Self-empty base sounds like a jet engine taking off inside your house, only for a clump of hair to be lodged in the pathetically tiny passage from robot canister to base. For something that is intended to make your life easier, it sure does require much more maintenance that using a conventional vacuum and mop. If you're hoping this will aid your household chores, it won't. TL;DR, good in theory, poor in execution, don't buy

Bought it for my wife as a Christmas gift, she absolutely loves it used it all the time especially that it vacuum and washes the floor give her free time to do other things she enjoys

1 of my favorite vacuums. I did have to return because for the price it didn't go directly to the rooms i told it to. Besides that it was pretty nice to try it out for a bit

Amazing! With a shedding pet, the Shark came in clutch. Have not used the mopping feature but have been very impressed with the Shark. Setup took about an hour or two with the mapping but time well spent. We’ve noticed less dust buildup on several surfaces since we started using and the areas just look and feel cleaner. I empty every two days and surprised with the amount of dirt and hair it picks up.

Love this item! The mop/vacuum feature is a life changer for late night speed cleans. Have recommend to many!

Great vacuum have two of them they mapped my house out perfectly! No issues at all.

As a bare floor vacuum robot this is a good unit. Like a lot of these they do only fair on carpet. Also I have been disappointed in the mop system. The mop tank plumbing is prone to clogging. But aside from that it does well on wood, linoleum, vinyl and tile as a robot vacuum. I did find the floor mapping system to be not well programmed.

This vacuum has a little bit of an identity crisis. It is not really a 2-in-1 vacuum/mop with self-emptying capabilities… if you use the mop feature then you lose the self-empty capability which is dumb. Getting this with the self-empty dock is a waste of money. The vacuum works well other than that. The app only allows for 1 schedule and only 1 floor though.

It does a fantastic job of keeping the floors clean and looking great. It’s just a quick swap of the container for it to go between mop and vacuum, and it’s done away with our need to do either manually. It’s smart mapping of the house layout is wonderful, and it never tries to mop carpet.

Overall this wasn’t a bad vacuum but had issues. I thought Shark would have a better product but I thought this was lacking. The mopping pad continuously came off and the battery died within a year and I had to return. It was able to perform in a pinch but I’ll be hesitant to buy another Shark product in the future.

Very good product! My wife love it because now she doesn’t have to clean everyday
