We have owned a few robot vacuums and this on is by far the best there is. Shark nailed it with this model. The vacuum alone is incredible. The mopping feature is very good on our tile. The app and navigating system of the vacuum are very intuitive and easy to use. The robot itself is excellent at navigating throughout the house and is very thorough in its cleaning runs.

My rumba was just not sweeping and missing spots when mopping. Reviews online and couple of friends reviews, deciding to try a shark. Mapping is so advanced nothing gets missed. It picks up debris in the front and mops from the rear. Pretty quiet, have the ability to just clean one area or every room. I would rate this as a 9 out of 10 because you have to hand empty after mopping. Rumba 4 out of 10 because misses spots and doesn’t pick up all the debris

Does a great job cleaning. Only downfall is on the higher settings it has to return to the dock to charge for a while before finishing. But with the ability to create a schedule it’s is easy to work around when set in the middle of the night

As a bare floor vacuum robot this is a good unit. Like a lot of these they do only fair on carpet. Also I have been disappointed in the mop system. The mop tank plumbing is prone to clogging. But aside from that it does well on wood, linoleum, vinyl and tile as a robot vacuum. I did find the floor mapping system to be not well programmed.

I have this for 2-3 weeks and I'm very happy with how well it works. It quite, love that it doesn't have bags like other brands etc. The only think I wish was different was the programing the rooms and mopping maps .

Great vacuum, the the mop gets plugged often and requires extensive deep cleaning

It was easy to set up the pairing on the robot. It was easy to program the areas of our house for cleaning. So far the robot works great vacuuming. Works well on our smooth tile as well on our tile that is textured (i.e. rough surface). It has made cleaning easy and fun to watch it clean. Being on the older side of life I was concerned it would not work well, I was wrong and we love it. I would recommend to my friends and anyone considering a robot.

Amazing! With a shedding pet, the Shark came in clutch. Have not used the mopping feature but have been very impressed with the Shark. Setup took about an hour or two with the mapping but time well spent. We’ve noticed less dust buildup on several surfaces since we started using and the areas just look and feel cleaner. I empty every two days and surprised with the amount of dirt and hair it picks up.

I’d like to start this review by stating that I’ve had Shark products in the past, and have had very little problems with them. That being said; this is not just the worst robot vacuum I’ve ever purchased. It’s in the running for one of the worst THINGS I’ve ever purchased. I cant walk more than three feet away from this thing if it’s running which is an even bigger bummer than it sounds because it can rarely get more than five feet away from the charging base. The map is profoundly useless.. This machine has missed it’s target room at a rate of 100%. I set which room for it to go to, and watch it pathetically flounder about the area surrounding the charging base popping up error code after error code. IF you can successfully have this piece of garbage make it to the desired room (Which is a MASSIVE if) you get the absolute pleasure of watching it choke on even the smallest things. Shame on you Shark. You should’ve left this one on the drawing board. How dare you charge consumers for this. I hope this review finds you hard at work cutting refund checks.

This shark is amazing. It cleans great and mops as well!!

It does a fantastic job of keeping the floors clean and looking great. It’s just a quick swap of the container for it to go between mop and vacuum, and it’s done away with our need to do either manually. It’s smart mapping of the house layout is wonderful, and it never tries to mop carpet.

Quiet and does a really good job. The tank hold quite a bit. I have dogs that shed and it keeps up with that and the dirt.

This shark is super easy to set up and I can run it whenever I want from my phone… I have not used the mopping feature yet but I do vacuum it all the time. It obviously doesn’t do a 100% job. But definitely does a decent clean! I definitely recommend

The product worked right out of the box and setup time including the app was very easy to use. The custom mapping allowed us to break apart the house to be able to clean areas needing it more by selecting the zone. I also love the 'scheduling' option so presently "Que" (our name for him) works at night after we are asleep - it is awesome.

Trying to program to recognize my carpet/rug area. Having a little trouble. Other than that i love it.

I love it! I can set it up while I do laundry, or cook. I make the vacuum run everyday, but have to set up the mop individually. It is sometimes messy changing out the canisters. I recently got the upgraded Shark for my upper level, that drops the mop-pad and picks it up when it needs it and refills itself- it’s a lot less messy! It can be a pain changing out the canisters.

Well, what can I say about Matrix 2-1 Shark? The best robot I've ever bought for cleaning my house. It vacuums while it mops! It's simply amazingly excellent.

One of D best purchases i made! It cleans so good and mops the floor and makes it all shiny! Big help for someone that dosnt have time to clean
