Great and picks up dog hair well

When you first attach the mopping attachment it can take almost a full pass of my kitchen before it starts dispensing fluid. Also, the house mapping could be better or easier to tune. Took a couple hours to get it dialed in to mop next to our area rug but not on it.

Not a good robot vacuum

Great product, it works!

First type of cleaner ive bought and im happy i did, my house is clean, and it cleans daily, i get more time to do other things and i can trust the floors will be clean all the time. I recimend it to everyone.

The learning feature for the map is actually pretty impressive, as we have lots of obstacles for it on most days with a teenager and home business changing the terrain on the regular without beating up furniture and walls. It does a solid job of picking up dust and a lot of pet hair. I have not had a chance to run the mop function yet, but it seems like something neat to try out soon.

Gets the job done. Awesome for a daily tidy up. Mopping is a great feature, obviously not a deep clean. Does leave the floor looking good.

Cleaning good but flimsy material

I am using it twice a week roughly for mop + vaccum. Although it does an acceptable job cleaning, the mop tank was broken twice in the past months. The brushroll is already worn out and the brushroll door also got broken. In no way I have abused the product. These are beyond minimal wear and tear of a good quality product. Usually the replacements are expensive and out of stock and not covered by warranty so its an additional $ . The software could also do better there are occasional glitches but not a deal breaker. So overall 3stars for doing the job but for quality 2 stars.

Saves my family so much time!

Couldn’t be happier! Let the robot explore your house and it’ll map out each room and it’ll get to work. We have 3 cats, 1 dog and a 19m old baby, as you can imagne the pet hair and toddler snacks.. haha!

The 2 in 1 function is great and easy to remove and change.

Constantly stuck, sometimes on phantom items, spinning in circles, would only travel about 2 feet from her home. Granted, those 2 square ft look amazing. This is my second and was an upgrade to the one I have had for years without issue.

Great for Multi-Dog home

I have four dogs, and it’s a lifesaver for keeping our home hair-free. The only downside is that it can’t be used upstairs, so I can’t use it to clean upstairs.

It picks up much better than I originally thought. Having a toddler definitely pushes the limits on daily cleaning, but this Shark vacuum hasn't disappointed. Truly advise the slightly higher cost for the dust bin.
