It’s good it really sucks it picks up better than our plug in vac and I don’t have to push it around it empty’s and does its thing it even found a sock we had given up on seeing ever again very happy with it

You need this in your life PERIOD. Just fyi you still need to vacuum and mop but this would definitely help and save you some time. I like to use it when i’m not home or at night. It collects dust and makes my floors look shiny.

This is doing a great job, we had 2 previous vacuum and mop robots in the last year that either broke or didn't do a good job. This one by far is superior, we are very happy with the cleaning and software definitely recommend.

It is an amazing addition to our home and so convenient, just wish it was more sturdy. The dust pan broke in less than a month.

It works as expected. Except it can't cross a carpet and then mop a floor unless you pop in the mop. Maybe because it can't climb the threshold with it on...?

This is a great piece of equipment. It is the first time that I actually use any of these robots but I'm very happy with the result. I don't have to worry anymore for cleaning my floors. I have set it up to clean my apartment three times a week and it does it automatically. I love walking into my apartment and see the floors clean and smelling good.

Had this Shark 2 in 1 for less than a month and I love it. The mapping feature works wonderfully. I send it to the kitchen to vacuum and then it returns home. That is so handy to do a quick vacuum in a particular room. Spot cleaning is an awesome feature as well. I used the mopping attachment once and it worked pretty good. For a quick clean up, this is a great little machine.

Love it. It’s work I don’t have to do and I’d but another for downstairs if I could!!!

I have a GSD and anyone who has had GSD knows how much they shed. This vacuum has made my life so much easier. I’ve had other vacuums and I can say this one by far is the only one that can keep up with my dog.

Love this robot. So much easier to use than the other brand I replaced it with. The mop function is awesome as it actually mops like I would. It actually scrubs as it goes and doesn’t leave the floor wet. The vacuum is powerful. The self-emptying is handy as it docks and empties to complete the whole house.

Bought this for my mother. She’s been loving the ease of using it. She is able to vacuum her home while being miles away from it. My only critique is that you have to swap the mop manually, which isn’t too much of a hassle.

I have a rather complicated one floor house with a husky and this thing makes it look easy. Does exactly what i want it to do and saves me time. The mop feature works excellent.

Great combo mop and vacuum robot. Easy to use but mop does use a lot of cleaner. The mop does a decent job of cleaning.

Expensive even on sale it cost 4 bills especially comparing it to other robot vacuums but worth it if you have a pet. It does well for vacuuming and mopping. The mapping function is a bit annoying but you have that issue in the beginning.

The vacuum cleaner works great. When I tried to mop a small area, it refused to go. It was leaving the dock, making the regular noise then returning to the dock without doing anything. It is very quick to map the area, but it took me 3 or 4 attempts to recognize my 2 bedroom apartment. The app is not precise to separate the rooms. I wish the AI could recognize the hard/carpet lines on the border of the room and adjust it accordingly. When I'm vacuuming my dining area (hard floor), 1 foot into the carpet (living room) is also interpreted as if it is in the dining area.

I love my new robot vacuum! It clean very good, take time to come back and reclean, mopping clean. It is a good size which gives it clean under bed and cabinets
