The shark matrix plus 2-in-1 robot vacuum mop is excellent! Works perfectly. My floors are immaculate and clean. Operates from the app on my phone. Cleans the 1135 square foot area in one recharge. LOVE this vacuum!

So happy. This little guy is so good. I'm only sad I didn't get one sooner. The mop function is amazing. I have 2 cats and a dog and wood floors. It used to be impossible to keep up with the hair. It runs every morning before anyone is awake and my floors have never been cleaner. Its way quieter than I expected and I was worried it would fall down stairs but no problems.

Honestly a nice vacuum but the app needs updating. It does seem to get "lost" occasionally. I send the vacuum to vacuum the kitchen and it randomly heads to the bathroom first. Probably needs to be remapped but could also be an app issue.

Excellent product, does a great job on my new vinyl floors. Both mop and vacuum. I have one dog and one cat as well!

After a lot of reviews of many different robot vacuums, we determined that Shark was a preferred brand. We had a list of features that we knew our choice had to have. This had almost everything we wanted. It’s only been a few months since our purchase but this robot has lived up to all we researched.

New vacuum/robot mop works well. Quieter than previous robot vacuums. Mop is decent but don’t expect perfection.

This is our 1st robot vacuum and mop combo unit. After initial set-up and learning curve, I am pleasantly surprised by the amount of things this device can do. It has made our lives much easier as I have scheduled it to start late night and by the time we get up our main living area and kitchen are all clean. We usually perform mopping during the day. I am thinking about getting a Vacuum only unit so we can use it in our 2nd level.

The Shark Robot Vacuum is a wonderful helper with the house chores. Minimize my actual cleaning time a lot.

The accompanying app is user-friendly, yet it necessitates mapping the rugs and carpeted areas. In comparison to more advanced robotic models like Roborock or Dreame, this product falls short in terms of object avoidance, self-cleaning of the mop, or auto-refilling the mop solution—all of which are not available options in this model.
