The vacuum cleaner works great. When I tried to mop a small area, it refused to go. It was leaving the dock, making the regular noise then returning to the dock without doing anything. It is very quick to map the area, but it took me 3 or 4 attempts to recognize my 2 bedroom apartment. The app is not precise to separate the rooms. I wish the AI could recognize the hard/carpet lines on the border of the room and adjust it accordingly. When I'm vacuuming my dining area (hard floor), 1 foot into the carpet (living room) is also interpreted as if it is in the dining area.

Great robo vac, the only downside for me is it can’t fit under my couch because of the Lidar sensor on top, other than that it does a great job for me.

I will update my review when we fully test the product, but anyone considering this for a gift should note they ship it in the item box only, and so the person who is supoose to receive this saw it before I could ever wrap it! I didn’t see any warning about this on the listing or while checking out.

I have an assortment of wood, tile, and carpet in my house the shark matrix handles all the light cleaning very well. I would suggest clean your home before starting the unit as to avoid over filling the unit.

Excellent device. Saves so much time from manually cleaning up after a busy family and two hyper dogs.

I love this vacuum. I have 4 cats and this does an excellent job of picking up their dander. I like that the machine self empties without bags. It has made keeping my floors cleaner and with less effort than a conventional vacuum. Would highly recommend this product.

Overall it is great. I wish it had a longer battery life, i have 2000 sq ft home and if doing whole house on high setting it does need to charge. Wont take a star off because it does state will do 1500 sq ft house. Product works as described

We got hardwood flooring and instantly started to regret because nightly sweeping just wasn't doing the job. I was not able to walk around the house barefoot without having stuff stick to my feet...UNTIL this shark came into our lives. I kid you not, it has been GREAT! I don't have to worry about walking around barefoot. NO MORE ISSUES WITH STUFF STICKING. This has allowed us to enjoy our home again.

Great product, we absolutely love how it cleans. The reason for the 4 instead of 5 * is if you were to purchase more than one (like for a second floor), you can only map 1 floor and can’t have a schedule that’ll run each separately.
