I bought this to help keep up with cleaning dog hair throughout the house.

Great for if you have pets and hardwood floors! Does good on our carpet as well but sometimes the mop setting has a hard time identifying where a large rug is. Makes the upkeep so much easier!

The vacuum could be a little stronger but the mopping feature for sure is my favorite part. Does a really good job overall. It does loose a little power on the vacuum side after a while though.

Worked great in the beginning but now it constantly will get suck in different areas of the house and just basically spin in circles

Weve had this for 8 months now. The mop attachment did mess up, but shark replaced it quickly after walking me through the teoubleshooting steps. Hasnt failed since. The shark app could use some work but the vacuum is great

Great product to vacuum your home, would recommend this to everyone.

Works great!!! On occasion gets a little lost but over all works good for what we need it to! Adjusts to kid toys and will go around em if the are in the way. Have not had any clogs from hair and we have a dog as well. Easy to clean

The vaccum does exactly what you would think it does, it cleans on a schedule. However, keep in mind if you are considering buying it. It hates cords, shoe laces, or even socks. If left on the floor it can and will suck it up and get jammed on anything that is not heavy or anchored down. But it is a very easy process to fix and clean out. Secondly, it can only map 1 floor of the house, if you wanted to move it upsets or to a basement, you would have to manually hit the "clean" button on the device for it to work, using the app will cause it to get "lost" or just re clean the same area. Overall, try to buy it on sale rather than full price, it will make the cons seem less significant.

Bought this for my wife and she says it’s the best gift ever!!! Works really well and fits our needs, also crawls over small thresholds with no problems! Best Buy dropped the price and ended up paying just under 400 dollars. Great Deal!!!!

I have waited a year and a half to see how this lasts before actually writing. I use to own a roomba but ended up getting this because it could do both vacuum mode or mop mode. Mop mode is not use as regularly in my home but my god does this help with daily cleaning and spot cleaning as needed. The mop mode is great and useful we just don’t go through the very minimal effort of swapping the containers. With that being said, this is not a fault of the machine but rather my laziness. When I have the mop set up etc, I’m not sure if this is better or same as my mom idea mopping.

So far so good, setting up zones can be tricky but for the most part it does goid at mopping and sweeping

Two years later, and she still does the job. If you have a big dog that sheds alot, you will have to empty the canister more. But, it is very advanced.

This is a very good vac/mop robot. I had to replace my IHome robot after it died on me and I bought the Shark robot to replace it. The Shark does a much better job at vacuuming and mopping works great. My opinion is it's a keeper.

Very expensive gadget for a short lifespan. It stopped mopping (liquid feeding mechanism) in 5 months. It was pretty good at moping when it was working. Not very intelligent route algorithms and would stuck time after time (chair, stairs, carpet) but not very annoying.

I’ve always loved the Shark brand, but this model was a real letdown compared to my previous Shark robot. The main issue was with the mopping function—the water didn’t dispense properly onto the pad, leaving it dry and ineffective. On top of that, it struggled to pick up debris, which my older Shark handled with no problem. I was excited about the features like sonic mopping and self-emptying, but in practice, the execution just wasn’t there. The messy water system and poor cleaning performance made it frustrating to use. Sadly, while I’m usually a big Shark fan, this model feels like a flop.

The product does as expected the only downside is the clip that holds on the tank is extremely cheap plastic and broke within a week so held together with tape till a replacement is available.

Love this shark vacuum it’s very easy to use and the setup took no time at all have recommended to multiple friends and family
