Did a lot of research before buying a vacuum as we moved into a place with hardwood floors and this little guy has made life easy. Switching from vacuum to mop takes less than a couple minutes, app is super user friendly, and transfers from hardwood to carpet without a hitch. 10/10 would recommend.

We had high hopes when we purchased our first Shark robot vacuum. We already had a traditional Shark vacuum cleaner so we were expecting a good experience. Unfortunately the Shark robot vac did not live up to Shark standards. We expected the mapping to take time and be a fairly arduous process and it was. After our house was mapped we proceeded to cleaning. Unfortunately this was also an arduous process based on poor app functionality and instructions. On the bright side, after hours of frustration, the Shark did clean our carpeted areas well. Next up was mopping and once again due to poor app functionality and instructions the mopping function was also arduous for the same reasons. After multiple attempts and much trial and error we finally got our robot vac working well. Unfortunately the next time we logged into the app, all of our room definitions and carpet vs mopping definitions were gone. Believe the other reviews that complain about the app functionality. This is a bad product. Ignore the Shark name and reputation as it pertains to traditional vacuums become this robot vac is very far below Shark standards. Our next reboot vac will not be a Shark.

I love this vacuum. I tried the Roomba first but it was forever getting stuck. With the Shark AI Ultra it has radar and spots the things to go around. The only issue I've had was it getting stuck with something on the floor that wasn't meant to be vacuumed, but this was owner error! Haven't used the mop yet but love the way this vacuum cleans.

Wonky knees make it difficult for me to clean under furniture, but Shark takes care of it quickly and quietly. Haven't used the mopping feature yet, but expect it to be just as goo. Huge thanks to Amber Martin at Virginia Beach Best Buy for her recommendation.

This thing sucks!! It picks up more sand than our upright. The app interface is very user friendly. Setting up zones and schedules is easy to navigate which is a huge plus. We will be purchasing a second one so we can do the whole house on one charging.

I actually bought this for my mother who has trouble vacuuming with a regular vacuum. I tried it at my house first to see how it worked and decided to keep it. OMG lol sorry, Mom. Looks like I will have to purchase another one. Love it!

Easy to use and does a great job! I have dog who sheds and a cat and am in an area with lots of wind and dust from construction- this model sweeps up all dust and pet hair daily and is easy to empty! Love it!

Cleans just as good as our shark vac if not better. Super convenient if you have a busy household.

It does not vacuum well but keeps me sane when I’m busy. We have animals and this vacuum is not really made well for animal hair/fur. The AI for learning rooms is good. It’s also a bit noisier than I’d like, but I have nothing to compare it to. I might just be picky about the noise level. If you don’t have pets, this could work well for you. Also the battery life drains wiggly after a year of use.

Great for if you have pets and hardwood floors! Does good on our carpet as well but sometimes the mop setting has a hard time identifying where a large rug is. Makes the upkeep so much easier!

Weve had this for 8 months now. The mop attachment did mess up, but shark replaced it quickly after walking me through the teoubleshooting steps. Hasnt failed since. The shark app could use some work but the vacuum is great

Works great!!! On occasion gets a little lost but over all works good for what we need it to! Adjusts to kid toys and will go around em if the are in the way. Have not had any clogs from hair and we have a dog as well. Easy to clean

Bought this for my wife and she says it’s the best gift ever!!! Works really well and fits our needs, also crawls over small thresholds with no problems! Best Buy dropped the price and ended up paying just under 400 dollars. Great Deal!!!!

Good vacuum and mop. It needs a bigger water storage tank. It should still run when the water runs out. It doesn't.

The vaccum does exactly what you would think it does, it cleans on a schedule. However, keep in mind if you are considering buying it. It hates cords, shoe laces, or even socks. If left on the floor it can and will suck it up and get jammed on anything that is not heavy or anchored down. But it is a very easy process to fix and clean out. Secondly, it can only map 1 floor of the house, if you wanted to move it upsets or to a basement, you would have to manually hit the "clean" button on the device for it to work, using the app will cause it to get "lost" or just re clean the same area. Overall, try to buy it on sale rather than full price, it will make the cons seem less significant.

I have waited a year and a half to see how this lasts before actually writing. I use to own a roomba but ended up getting this because it could do both vacuum mode or mop mode. Mop mode is not use as regularly in my home but my god does this help with daily cleaning and spot cleaning as needed. The mop mode is great and useful we just don’t go through the very minimal effort of swapping the containers. With that being said, this is not a fault of the machine but rather my laziness. When I have the mop set up etc, I’m not sure if this is better or same as my mom idea mopping.
