So easy to setup and runs like a champ. Does a good job with dog hair. I haven't tried the mop function yet so it could be a higher review. Worth it even if you don't use it!

I love my new robot vacuum! It clean very good, take time to come back and reclean, mopping clean. It is a good size which gives it clean under bed and cabinets

Very dissatisfied with this robot vacuum. I was never able to get it connected to WiFi, no matter how many times I tried. It also had trouble staying on the base; it would roll off and then fail to return properly. Overall, it has been more frustrating than helpful, and it never worked the way it was supposed to. Missed the deadline to return, had to throw in the trash.

It’s the best robot for cleaning running smoothly It’s make the flooring very clean. I’m really happy that I get it from Best Buy. The best choice that I get anyone ask me one to 10 it’s hundred to 10.

Sharkira is a big help in keeping the house clean. Learning to plan and plot with the app is time-consuming and I can't find an option to map both the 1st and 2nd floors and save both maps without losing the first floor mapped. This part is not user friendly. However, the performance is great. If Shark or Best Buy have any guidelines or suggestions, please let me know.

I love this vacuum. I have 4 cats and this does an excellent job of picking up their dander. I like that the machine self empties without bags. It has made keeping my floors cleaner and with less effort than a conventional vacuum. Would highly recommend this product.

I have always liked Shark. This thing REALLY works. Its fascinating to watch it run around the house. We have 3 dogs that shed and this takes care of that. My wife loves it. We run it 2 scheduled times a week. Worth every penny!!

I enjoy it very much it helps keep the house free of pet hair and mops the house for me during the week and then when I do my deep clean on the weekends it’s more manageable. The only thing is the clip for the mop part damaged and broke I haven’t had it for a year yet I’m not sure if that’s something that I can take in and be repaired or replaced but right now it’s only been able to vacuum.

It is an amazing addition to our home and so convenient, just wish it was more sturdy. The dust pan broke in less than a month.

Overall it is great. I wish it had a longer battery life, i have 2000 sq ft home and if doing whole house on high setting it does need to charge. Wont take a star off because it does state will do 1500 sq ft house. Product works as described

Very pleased with how well it cleans, it is meticulous in her work.

I love this vacuum. I tried the Roomba first but it was forever getting stuck. With the Shark AI Ultra it has radar and spots the things to go around. The only issue I've had was it getting stuck with something on the floor that wasn't meant to be vacuumed, but this was owner error! Haven't used the mop yet but love the way this vacuum cleans.

Great cleaning both on carpet and hard floor. Mop function works fantastic. App provides flexibility in terms of schedule, areas to clean, carpet zones etc

I have an assortment of wood, tile, and carpet in my house the shark matrix handles all the light cleaning very well. I would suggest clean your home before starting the unit as to avoid over filling the unit.

I will update my review when we fully test the product, but anyone considering this for a gift should note they ship it in the item box only, and so the person who is supoose to receive this saw it before I could ever wrap it! I didn’t see any warning about this on the listing or while checking out.
