I’ve always loved the Shark brand, but this model was a real letdown compared to my previous Shark robot. The main issue was with the mopping function—the water didn’t dispense properly onto the pad, leaving it dry and ineffective. On top of that, it struggled to pick up debris, which my older Shark handled with no problem. I was excited about the features like sonic mopping and self-emptying, but in practice, the execution just wasn’t there. The messy water system and poor cleaning performance made it frustrating to use. Sadly, while I’m usually a big Shark fan, this model feels like a flop.

So I love Shark products. This is my 3rd robot vacuum. 1st one from Shark. I love it. Picks up everything. I have 2 labs so lots of dog hair. Works great. Great purchase, great value. Haven’t used the mop as I haven’t really needed that. I just like the dog hair picked up daily

Good robot vacuum, parts degrading are the only issue

The product does as expected the only downside is the clip that holds on the tank is extremely cheap plastic and broke within a week so held together with tape till a replacement is available.

It mops and vacuums, but when the water runs out it does not continue to vacuum. I am so disappointed. My old robot was not a shark and when the water ran it, it at least continued to complete the vacuum portion. My old application and robot also showed me which room it was in. I had no problem setting it to run and then leave. I cannot do that with the Shark. I have to stay home so I can refill the water when I want to mop.

Best purchase ever. I love being able to have the robot do some of the cleaning. I have 3 littles needless to say keeping on top of the floors was a ton of work. The shark vac mop robot does the job.

Only thing it's missing is auto-cleaning the mop stuff, but at this price point, I can't complain. It cleans well, works great, replaceable pads are a huge bonus.

I have two German shepherds that shed a TON. This vacuum helps tremendously with keeping the hair swept up and the added dirt bin is so handy. The mopping feature isn’t the greatest as you can only mop in targeted areas but the other then that it’s great!

I really miss my old Shark vacuum. This new one constantly bumps into everything and has gotten pretty scratched up as a result. It often refuses to run on schedule or even when I command it to via app or button press. Plus, it doesn't pick up dirt and debris as well as I’d hoped. I keep it clean, so clogging isn’t the issue. I'm just tired of watching it run into obstacles and damage itself, especially considering how much it cost.

Work amazing I have multiple dogs and it keeps up with all their mess!

Easy to install, the app is really helpfully for use iRobot.

Absolute trash. It worked for a few weeks then it stopped and now it’s not longer in the return window. I will set it to vacuum a room and it will end up in rooms that I didn’t set it to. Also when I set it to vaccum and area it doesn’t do the whole area, after a few minutes it will say returning to doc, and when it shows the map of what it cleaned, it says it cleaned the whole area even though it didn’t even enter some areas that I set it to. It will randomly not be able to find the doc. Other times, when it’s done cleaning it will say returning to doc but it ends up roaming the house in areas I never even set it to, and since it says returning to doc on the app, I can’t make it return to doc. I have to pick it up and take it to the doc. It also says it hold two months of debree in the base but after two weeks it wouldn’t vacuum anymore until I emptied it and when I did, it wasn’t even full. It is supposed to be able to detect things in its way, but it constantly get stuck trying to get over the base of a lamp instead of just going around, or getting caught by the legs of the chairs. Instead of just giving up and going around it will stay like that, running into whatever it is until I go and physically move it. Because of alll these problems I can’t even set it to clean when I’m not home. I expected a lot more especially for the price. I feel like it really messes with you too because it works for a few weeks and by time it starts having issues it’s too late to return. I saw a lot of people say this but decided to take a chance anyway and I wish I wouldn’t have.

Great product and dose an amazing and very easy to setup and use

single man with a muddy dog. this thing has saved me 30+min every day from having to mop and vac, even with a hairy german sheperard it handles it with no issue
