Give it a try you won’t regret it! It does a great job and frees up my time

The swiping was good, no dirt in the floor, but the mopping always left a lot of was residue in the floor and you could see it.

Great unit.

We have different types of flooring, hard surfaces, carpet, etc and it is working well. I think it is still mapping the floors. Very happy with the purchase.

Identity crisis

It is not really a 2-in-1 vacuum/mop with self-emptying capabilities… if you use the mop feature then you lose the self-empty capability which is dumb. Getting this with the self-empty dock is a waste of money. The vacuum works well other than that. The app only allows for 1 schedule and only 1 floor though.

Worst product I have ever purchased

Here's a sample negative review comment for a Shark robot vacuum: **"Really disappointed with this vacuum. It constantly gets stuck on rugs and struggles to find its way back to the dock. The mapping feature is inconsistent, and half the time it leaves areas untouched. For the price, I expected a lot more reliability. DON’T BUY IT, Would not recommend."** Support was not able to help, sent me other robot with different issues. I lost $450 dollars
