    We have another Shark robot vacuum w/o the mop feature and 30 day storage bin. Very happy with it, so we purchased this one for the other floor that needs weekly mopping. Sadly, it did not perform well. It seemed to be easily confused for mapping, where our other is just fine, and the mopping itself was more trouble than it was worth to swap out the unit for charging and emptying the dust bin. It does a delicate damp mop drag, and really doesn't justify the effort for the minimal effect. And, last but not least. The battery isn't robust enough to do one full mopping pass of a 700 sq ft. floor area Our other has no battery issues at all. Oh well. We returned it after two weeks.

    Great vacuum and mop combo. My only complaint is that it seems to leave streaks after mopping, but i switched out the cleaner that comes with it with some hot water and vinegar and it works great!

    The brush roll is constantly getting stuck and I’ve had to replace the spinning brushes on it twice because they fall off. It doesn’t go back to the home base when it’s done, instead it stops right in front of it. Not happy to have spent $600+ dollars on it and it not do what I bought it for. We have 2 large dogs and the hair is hard to keep up with. I was hoping this would help.
