Just a little tedious that when you want to.mop you have to go switch from.one to another. Add water and soap. Overall its a 10+

Had less than a month and stopped working

On top of that Best Buy only gives 15 days to return and this happened on day 17. I purchased the warranty through geek squad but since the machine has a manufacturer warranty it has to go through Shark. So I will not buy another Shark but I will NOT be shopping at Best Buy when Amazon has 30 days and so far in my experience better customer service!

Great for dog hair

Dirt beware of the Shark

Perfect little helper

She had some issues with my other shark but we were able to work out a schedule for both so they never run into each other. 10/10

I wanted a Vacuum and mop that would auto empty. The price was right. BUT. the mop fluid holder on this model holds less the 1/2 the fluid on my other model. It's not enough to mop the whole main floor. And it can't autoempty the vacuum portion if the mop pad is on.

While the compact water tank design helps keep the unit lightweight, we recognize that a larger capacity would provide greater convenience for mopping larger areas. Life Changing

We have many pets, and it gets challenging to have a clean space. This robot picks up cat litter and pet hair from my cats and my fluffy dog. Also picks up other dirt and debris. Works great in our hardwood floors, and also cleans rugs very well. Definitely worth the investment!
