I love my smart Sharky. It does the exact thing I wanted. It swipes very well and mopes very nicely.

Working super fine. I can believe how much dirt this little friend is capable of cleaning.

We have another Shark robot vacuum w/o the mop feature and 30 day storage bin. Very happy with it, so we purchased this one for the other floor that needs weekly mopping. Sadly, it did not perform well. It seemed to be easily confused for mapping, where our other is just fine, and the mopping itself was more trouble than it was worth to swap out the unit for charging and emptying the dust bin. It does a delicate damp mop drag, and really doesn't justify the effort for the minimal effect. And, last but not least. The battery isn't robust enough to do one full mopping pass of a 700 sq ft. floor area Our other has no battery issues at all. Oh well. We returned it after two weeks.

I am enjoying. Customer service was great as always at the Wilson, NC Best Buy.

Excellent vaccum and mop to maintain hair. I have a corgi and she constantly sheds this has allowed me to not have to vaccum and mop everyday

Overall rating: would not recommend to a friend. Let's start with the vacuum function. We have animals that shed, as well as tiny humans. This vacuum is great for picking up regular floor debris, however, for picking up anything beyond the size of a grain of rice, forget about it. Beads will clatter in the roller for minutes until it gives up and spits it out. Animal hair clogs up the roller and the passage to the bin. Human hair winds itself upon the roller despite its "tangle free" design, rendering the roller useless. Floor edges are left untouched, as if debris is pushed from the middle of the room to the edges and now it's "clean". Now, the mop attachment. Total lifesaver for maintenance mopping. No, it will not scrub your floors to pristine condition, break out your OCedar for that. The robot itself. If you have transition pieces that separate your rooms, the robot will get stuck. Robot has gotten lost in a 2000sqft home, i.e. sent to one room and started moving to complete opposite end of the home. Self-empty base sounds like a jet engine taking off inside your house, only for a clump of hair to be lodged in the pathetically tiny passage from robot canister to base. For something that is intended to make your life easier, it sure does require much more maintenance that using a conventional vacuum and mop. If you're hoping this will aid your household chores, it won't. TL;DR, good in theory, poor in execution, don't buy

Great purchase I have 2 units it both sides of my house so I don’t have to move it it does a great job

I was hesistant but totally love this device. Have not tried the mop option yet but vacuum part works great.

best robot I've had so far. Shark is one of my favorite companies and this upgrade has worked perfectly

I own 2 other Shark robots, one vacuum, once vacuum and mop. I wanted a Vacuum and mop that would auto empty. The price was right. BUT. the mop fluid holder on this model holds less the 1/2 the fluid on my other model. It's not enough to mop the whole main floor. And it can't autoempty the vacuum portion if the mop pad is on.

Bought the Robot Vacuum & mop to use in our home. The vacuum portion is the part we have used. Getting ready to use the mop portion. Works really well!

So Ive had this robot for a couple weeks now and its already made so much of a difference! We have many pets, and it gets challenging to have a clean space. This robot picks up cat litter and pet hair from my cats and my fluffy dog. Also picks up other dirt and debris. Works great in our hardwood floors, and also cleans rugs very well. Definitely worth the investment!

So far so good! Haven’t use the mopping function yet. But it vacuums every morning at 8. Love it!

Great vacuum and mop combo. My only complaint is that it seems to leave streaks after mopping, but i switched out the cleaner that comes with it with some hot water and vinegar and it works great!

Over all it is good! Cover all the space and corner
