    Vacuum did really well for the first 2 months but then received an error code with no solution. Bestbuy did really good and refunding us for the purchase!

    If it runs out of water it will completely stop and won't continue vacuuming at least, until you refill the water. Didn't fit under the couches. It had setup the map and still failed to recognize a footstep , instead it "detected a cliff" and completely stopped until I got to it and pressed the clean button.

    works well. only complaint is that the vacuum and doc have to be torn apart and deep cleaned or it will get clogged before the base gets full and it is hard to program the different flooring settings when using the mop and vaccume.

    Sure! Here's a sample negative review comment for a Shark robot vacuum: **"Really disappointed with this vacuum. It constantly gets stuck on rugs and struggles to find its way back to the dock.
