Great for dog hair

My wife and I are pleasantly surprised. It isn't perfect, but does a great job. We haven't asked it to mop yet. She actually learns a bit as she vacuums each time.

Light duty and confused

Very happy with it, so we purchased this one for the other floor that needs weekly mopping. Sadly, it did not perform well. It seemed to be easily confused for mapping, where our other is just fine, and the mopping itself was more trouble than it was worth to swap out the unit for charging and emptying the dust bin. It does a delicate damp mop drag, and really doesn't justify the effort for the minimal effect. And, last but not least. The battery isn't robust enough to do one full mopping pass of a 700 sq ft. floor area Our other has no battery issues at all. Oh well. We returned it after two weeks.

It would not reconizthe mop attachment by the 10th of january. Tried to trouble shoot myself for a week. Finally had time to bring it back for an exchange. Best buy told me nope sorry been over 15 days. So with no help there on my $700 vacuum, I emailed shark. Shark is sending me a new mop head apparently however its not in stock and they cant tell me when it will ship. I asked for a unit so I can exchange and was told nope sorry. Now I have a $700 robot that sits there. So moral of this story is dont buy from best buy and shark because neither one will fix your issue. Good luck.
