Disappointing purchase

The capacity was very small and not to pickup dog hair. It skipped many areas. It did a good job on the sections that it reached. I had to return it.

May have gotten a dud...

Seemed to be working well at first, but after about 3 months it kept erroring out for a roller jam. Cleaned it and did the steps the manual suggested, but could not get it to go again. Took it back to get a refund, bought a Narwal. Only had the Narwal a week, so we will see.

Carpet Verification for mopping is a failure.

It goes all the way into hat room. I will just make EVERY area of my house (except the Base area) a carpet area, and I will only do mopping by Spot-Mopping. I will not schedule mopping. I have never seen a product fail at something so much. Was this feature even tested at the company? How would it have ever passed testing for this feature? On Reviews and on Reddit I see SO MANY people saying Carpet Verification was a total failure for them. DON'T advertise a feature when it isn't correctly implemented! FIX THIS!

Ok vacuum

My son was there to help with the issues, but when my wife goes to work she did not have peace on her mind.

It did one clean with the set up then I did another clean while I was away. It automatically got stuck. I have since tried it twice while I was home and it stuck close to the homebase never moved past that and kept on saying it was tangled in debris. I have no pets in my place and I live in a studio apartment and it could not even clean my floors returning this after one actual use in less than one week.
