Bought this for the wife as an upgrade to a 4 year old roomba. The Shark has been amazing and is handing a household with 5 dogs in superb fashion.

When it works, it works well. If you Need to get it serviced it’sa headache. For something so expensive convenience isn’ta priority.

Works very well, but pet hair stops it up pretty quickly.

I replaces my irobot with this because the parts of Irobot is always needing to be replaced cuz it wears out easily. So I said, it will be good to try a new brand since I love Ninja I will try their robot vacuums. I bought this last year and been giving it a chance and been trying to convince myself that it will get better. Now that I put a rug in my living room, it doesn't pick up the dog hair at all! I have been having issue with the hard floors as well because it doesn't really clean the floor and it is so dumb that the wheels keep on getting stuck somewhere! I never had any problems like this with my irobot before, but this is worse. I cannot even return it because it is past 90days!. I bought for around $700 I believe and now I don't even use the mop as well because it doesn't really clean the floor, it will just look wet but when gets dried it didn't clean the floor. I am so frustrated with this robot, I have a video of it vacuuming on the rug and not even picking up the dog hair. I have three dogs and this is why I cannot afford to lose a robot vacuum. Now I am stuck with this, or I have to spend more money to get a different brand!

Does a good job for a household with 3 dogs! Moping feature is ok for things like light muddy paw prints.

Shark never fails to disappoint, their products are made of low quality plastic that reach failures just a few months into regular use. The mopping feature is an absolute joke unless you live in a 12x12ft apartment. The mapping system seems to be keen on taking the least efficient routes possible, my ninja blender has a more advanced operating system than this piece of garbage. If you want a quality product, look elsewhere. If you want a product that will find itself in a landfill within only a few months, buy shark.

I bought this vacuum in June thinking it would make my life easier. Instead, it’s been nothing but a headache. The first one stopped working after just 3 weeks, so Shark replaced it. The second one also broke after about a month of use. Two failures in less than two months is unacceptable, and now I’m stuck chasing a refund. The quality just doesn’t match the price. I strongly suggest looking at other brands—don’t waste your time or money on this model.

A very handy appliance. Can be out of town and still have it vacuum the whole house. Saves me a lot of time and trouble. I love it.

It is always throwing an error. Robot was unable to find its dock by itself. Not taking the whole house map. leaving kitchen room.

It does the job,And it helps keep the dog and cat hair pick up.A book on how to sit it up, because some people don't know how to sit it up, like older people who don't do electronics.

Good vacuum, but wishing the suction was stronger. I feel like my house is still dirty after it’s vacuumed. I also set “do not go” areas and it still goes there.

Great combo vacuum/mop. If you use it for mopping, use either demineralized water or a combo with the shark cleaning solution - everything else makes it malfunction.
