Do not buy this product!

I was expecting more out of it. My mop function stopped working as well. The system keep telling me that the mop liquid needs to be refill but it’s full. I tried everything but still having issues. My window for return ended. I didn’t realize that it was such a short return window. However, I contacted Shark directly because in less than 30 days it was having issues. Extremely disappointed for such a pricey item.

Ehh...Maybe

I wanted a Vacuum and mop that would auto empty. The price was right. BUT. the mop fluid holder on this model holds less the 1/2 the fluid on my other model. It's not enough to mop the whole main floor. And it can't autoempty the vacuum portion if the mop pad is on.

The app could be better too. My map has erased on its own a few times. It’s truly irritating. I was so excited to get it, now I hate looking at it.

Not happy

It doesn’t go back to the home base when it’s done, instead it stops right in front of it. Not happy to have spent $600+ dollars on it and it not do what I bought it for. We have 2 large dogs and the hair is hard to keep up with. I was hoping this would help.
