Extra work to add mop attachment

We sincerely understand where you're coming from regarding the pad needing to be attached to the Matrix 2-in-1 robot every time you want to use it for mopping your floors. However, we kindly recommend our PowerDetect 2-in-1 robot with NeverTouch Pro Base, model RV2820ZE. This robot not only automatically empties debris into the 60-day capacity bin but also automatically refills its own water tank for up to 30 days and washes and dries the mopping pad after every clean. Had less than a month and stopped working

On top of that Best Buy only gives 15 days to return and this happened on day 17. I purchased the warranty through geek squad but since the machine has a manufacturer warranty it has to go through Shark. So I will not buy another Shark but I will NOT be shopping at Best Buy when Amazon has 30 days and so far in my experience better customer service!
