Such and time savor! Lord knows time is everything. It does a great job sweeping and mopping. Never going back.

Not worth the price, after a month it stopped mopping. It only vacuums now. The app could be better too. My map has erased on its own a few times. It’s truly irritating. I was so excited to get it, now I hate looking at it.

I bought this vacuum in February of 2023 and everthing worked well until a few months ago when it started spinning in circles and giving me an error 18. I finally got around to calling customer service this week and was told this was a known issue however because I was out of warranty they would not sell me the part to fix the issue that was for warranty customers only. They offered a 30% coupon if I purchased on the phone directly from them right now, I have been a fan of Shark products and own several however I will no longer be purchasing Shark products. I paid $642.00 for this vacuum and to be told we have the part to fix it but we won’t sell it to you is poor customer service in my opinion. I did not accept their 30% coupon but instead purchased a new Eufy from Best Buy.

Great product to have if you have hairy dogs. No bags to buy, no issues to complain about. The mop feature is also great, never expect it to do all the work for you but great way of keeping things clean and helping out.

My unit keeps stopping for no reason and rarely completes a full cycle without issues. I also don’t like that the vacuum and mop units need to be swapped out. Camera system for detection is not great. Runs over items that are below a certain height so it will steamroll right over dog poop and smear it everywhere. I do not recommend this model

I really tired to like this, i bought it twice to give it a chance, the first one had a mop problem only cleaned one spot and left a big water puddle on the floor. I have a rnach and it took all day to clean it. 3 hour to charge. It was also lound. I love shark but this one is a let down big time. Bought a bobsweep hoping it is better.

Does well. I just dont like having to switch out the mop n vacuum when i need it to do one or the other. But great quality. Wished i could control it with the app like how i did my other robot vacume but still works great.

We named it Dusty. Mapping system works well and scheduling times to sweep makes other chores more managable. Is a bit pricey

I like this robot vacuum. It make my life easy. The vacuum leaves the floor spotless. It covers every area of the floor several times. It even blasts air into corners to get them really clean. And mop work very good.

My wife asked to purchase this item after a co worker told her about it and it works great the best purchase

This shark vaccum does a great job! Its very thorough! Compared to other shark vaccums we have had this one is by far the best we have had. It gets the baseboards nice and shiny! Well worth the money!

Still working on mapping out home. Shows error a few times. Trying to figure it out.
