Issues with the mopping system.

Worked well for 1½ months before the catch broke on the tank followed by the catch on the pad plate breaking off as well. We are not rough on this but were using a few times a week. I have been trying to reach out to Sharks customer support as I've been having trouble with their site.

Buy other vac

This thing is not intuitive to run, bangs into walls or furniture and the no-mop feature that I have reset 3 times (last time with support) still tries to map the carpet. Save your time and buy ecomop or others. Shark is garbage. I wish I could get my money back.

SAVE TIME AND MONEY

It worked for three months, and then it crapped out on me. Refused to mop within three feet of my walls or furniture. At a point where my wall and my couch are five feet from each other, the robot won’t go past it and says it’s “stuck”. There’s no use resetting it, there’s no use re-scanning the house, there’s no use calling customer service (Shark OR Best Buy), and there’s no use for this thing other than the world’s ugliest paperweight. To say I’m angry is an understatement. I want my money back.

Terrible

Storage capacity in the robot is very limited. Software is subpar and doesnt come with many features or intelligence. Had an issue with the product after a month of using it which rendered the product inoperable. Been dealing with their customer servicr for 2 months now to no avail. Calling this one a loss and just going to buy a different brand. Dont waste $400 on this product.

We have a pet that sheds a lot and this has been the perfect solution. Run it every couple of days and no more pet hair issues. Love it!

Not worth the money even on sale

It’s a headache

It scans the areas, then has you tell which area is a mop area and which is a vacuum area. Then you have to physically switch the mop head and vacuum head for the areas. When I purchased this I didn’t know this . Then it wants to dock on a hard wood floor which I do not have any, the mopping areas are linoleum. Overall a hassle.

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The cleanout is good, I think the floor gets a little greasy with the liquid included, maybe we need to get other detergent options, also its complicated that the equipment only works with one floor map and then you need to deleted and then work with the next floor over and over, that need to be solved by shark , that will be great with an update or something like that
