I’ve had this Shark vacuum for about a year, and it already stopped working. It cleaned well at first, but for the price, I expected it to last much longer. Very disappointed.

Great AI vacuum which replaced my original Shark vacuum. I am impressed with the dual vacuum and mop feature, the auto schedule, and the size of the self-empty base.

Great option for those who have mobility issues, but doesn’t clean up 100% of everything, has malfunction issues and goes offline randomly. The reservoir also has issues sensing when it’s full.

**Product Review: Disappointing Purchase** I regret purchasing this item. Initially, it worked fine, but then it suddenly stopped functioning properly. I kept receiving an "Error 6," which indicates an obstruction to the front bumper, but there was nothing there. I tried troubleshooting by removing the bumper and manually cleaning it, but during this process, two of the nails broke off inside the device. Despite cleaning thoroughly, even though I was cleaning air, because again, nothing was there, the error persisted. Now, I’m stuck trying to schedule a repair through Best Buy, but the inconvenience doesn't stop there. I don’t have a car, which is why I ordered this online in the first place, and now I’ll have to pay for transport just to get it checked. To make matters worse, the product manufacturer hasn’t responded to my email. This purchase has been a frustrating waste of a large amount of money and time, and I’m disappointed in the lack of support from both the manufacturer and retailer.

Amazingly efficient and when scheduled, my whole floor is cleaned while I’m away. Best purchase I’ve made in years!!

Purchased this for my mom so she doesn’t have to clean her house and in her words it has been amazing. She says its like a cute little dog that cleans.

I was excited to purchase this product. After having to return it due to the mop only working for about 2 months, I thought purchasing the geeksquad insurance would be a smart move. It wasn’t, geeksquad tried to take care of it, but unfortunately the manager was in a hurry to clock out and refused taking it back.

I love the house mapping and carpet plus no go zones! Amazing software!

Very cool machine. Overall works as expected and I think technology has come along ways with these. Shark is definitely the brand to go with.

1.5 years of light use, I got brush roll stuck error. I replaced the brush roll, cleaned up the housing as advised by people with the same issue. Eventually, I called shark and they did video troubleshooting. They told me nothing can be done to fix it and they would offer me 30% discount towards a new vacuum which would actually cost me more than the original one since their shop is more expensive than other retailers. This is absurd given the price tag and that it only worked for less than a year and a half.

Does great job vacuuming the floor and holing the dirt. 2 in 1 does good job know where the carpet are at. Good mapping of the rooms

It is ok, but gets stuck frequently, doesnt expand the map and is too clunky to try mop. Overall, not impressed.

Worked great for one day and after that it just been parked in the corner collecting dust. Not mopping and when i send it out to vacuum it'll go out for a couple minutes and dock itself again. Tried fixing it myself but can't find anything that's worked. Ive called SHARK but they're not ready to be on the phone for 30 minutes and to be transfered around. Unfortunately can't return it but hope to fix it soon

Great robot .. it's vacuum and mob amazing for clean.
