Let this Shark do ALL the Hardwood Cleaning

I have a Shark combo vacuum/mop which I love so knew that if I was going to try a robot one, it would be Shark. It works well doing both types of cleaning. The container holds a lot so there's not a lot of having to change it out.

They have a small apartment so storage of extra appliances is an issue. This unit fits well tucked away and definitely helps with the day to day cleaning needs.

REGRET BUYING!!

I could go all into how the app sucks and the vacuum doesn’t go back to where it left off when it has to return to base to empty/fluid is out/needs to charge, but it’s took aggravating. Also, I’m unable to select certain rooms for it to go clean because that’s the only way to get it to clean every room!!

No bags to buy, no issues to complain about. The mop feature is also great, never expect it to do all the work for you but great way of keeping things clean and helping out.

Poor quality, broke twice in two months

Instead, it’s been nothing but a headache. The first one stopped working after just 3 weeks, so Shark replaced it. The second one also broke after about a month of use. Two failures in less than two months is unacceptable, and now I’m stuck chasing a refund. The quality just doesn’t match the price. I strongly suggest looking at other brands—don’t waste your time or money on this model.

The mopping feature is an absolute joke unless you live in a 12x12ft apartment. The mapping system seems to be keen on taking the least efficient routes possible, my ninja blender has a more advanced operating system than this piece of garbage. If you want a quality product, look elsewhere. If you want a product that will find itself in a landfill within only a few months, buy shark.

The vacuum leaves the floor spotless. It covers every area of the floor several times. It even blasts air into corners to get them really clean. And mop work very good.
