Small plastic parts break easily

We had this vacuum less than 2 weeks before the plastic part on the mopping attachment broke off. Then, less than 1 week later, the small plastic part that holds the spring down on the bottom of the vacuum broke off so that we were unable to use the vacuum at all anymore.

Worse Decision Ever: Buying Shark & from BestBuy

Purchase 8/, arrive 9/7 & return BB return window closed 9/15. Shark said not correct unit b/c no light on top of dock, so its not bagless self emptying? I have to tske puctures, email the. I , yhen wait for 5 days for Shark just to get back to me to let me know what they can do? I should have stuck to Amazon and/or better yet with Dyson. Now I have $500+ piece of crap.

Pieces keep breaking

Waste of money

Huge let down from shark

This one is a HUGE let down. The vacum function is awful and the mopping is worse. Dont waste your time.

Still needs work

Bad sensors

Don’t waste your money

They charge you for any replacement parts. I had not even had this 6 months before it stopped working the first time. Paid for and received the replacement and 2 months later that one stopped working.

Great! Until its Not!

Several pieces just flung out. A spring from the grey button just flung itself across the room. So disapoointed.
