    I wish this had a 0 star option. This is by far the worst robot vacuum available. Even at the reduced price it's still too much for this junk. The company told me when I was having issues with mine that there is a software issue with the 2-1 on many of the units that they are unable to fix. I was sent a replacement of a regular Matrix and it does ok but both Shark products are well below in functionality that my cheap refurbished 2-1 Eufy. PSA: Shark robot vacuums are garbage

    awful. the "intelligent" part of this robot is laughably bad. so is the app. it's *awful*. I don't think it ever completed a full run of the house. we returned it thank God.

    I was happy when I got it but few days later everything change because my ceramic floor now is dull, opaque after mopping everyday , and now I don't know what to do to see it shining again.
