I’ve had it a month and have literally had to connect it to my wireless internet EVERY SINGLE TIME I’ve used it just for it to lose connection AGAIN! Best Buy only have a 15 day return policy!

Poor customer service at Best Buy.

Bad sensors

Huge let down from shark

This one is a HUGE let down. The vacum function is awful and the mopping is worse. Dont waste your time.

Don’t waste your money

They charge you for any replacement parts. I had not even had this 6 months before it stopped working the first time. Paid for and received the replacement and 2 months later that one stopped working.

Great! Until its Not!
