Excellent and easy to use absolutely recommend the mope is really interesting I just love

Our shark does what it's supposed to do. We have not had it long enough to speak on it. I did have to put her on punishment because she started doing what she was not supposed to do. To be continued

We have 2 large dogs that shed and this shark is absolutely great. We purchased this because it creates a floor map and systematically covers the entire floor. Its very quiet in comparison to an older Roomba we had previously. The app is robust as well. No beefs so far after several months.

Really enjoying our Shark robot vacuum and mop. Does a really good job. Mapped the room and sweeps and mops well.

Works great, rarely gets stuck. Doesn’t replace an actual vacuum but it can definitely hold you over in between sessions. Great for under the bed as well. Wish it got closer to the couch.

Super dependable. Love the fact that I can have it switch from vacuum to mopping. Only downside is for some reason I can not have it go on a schedule on the app. Unsure if that is just a technical mishap or not. but otherwise, me and my fiance love it

This is an awesome product no complaints for the price and I know some of the more expensive ones have the other features we miss on this.. does an amazing job assisting around the house. When it dumps it is alittle loud but we have it run at night and it Dosent wake anyone up on the regular. The only things this is missing is a a self cleaning pad and auto filling mop but that’s on the more expensive model. I will have to say sharks app needs alittle work as other brands I have had show the robots exact location and places it’s been via a red lin on the map where there’s Dosent. Those are my only recommendations but the product itself is amazing easy setup and app works well

No issues so far. Has been super helpful to have and run overnight. Only giving a 4 star review because it is so new.

Constantly stuck won’t come back to dock Locks up on app suspends to charging but stays at stuck on charge even 100% charge no a good app horrible app and constantly losing signal to robot

We absolutely love our Shark Matrix Plus Robot Vacuum and Mop. The mapping feature worked flawlessly and now our vacuum knows exactly where to go to do a thorough job of cleaning our floors. We have a combination of hardwood and carpet/rugs, and the vacuum does great on both surfaces.

First the positive: it’s pretty good at cleaning pet fur and dander. It seems to also be good at getting dust and other fine dirt out of the grout. The mapping is very advanced and works well in what seems to be a crowded house. I haven’t used the mopping yet. Battery lasts a long time and self cleaning is pretty robust. The bad… it’s not as good on carpet as I hoped. Not terrible but not as good. The smaller intake and rotating brush area means it takes a lot more passes than another unit we have in the house. Other than that it’s great little machine.

Vacuuming and mopping works great. Easy setup in app. Does everything I need it to.

We use the matrix for our outdoor patio area, and so far it has met our needs. The accompanying instructions were helpful for initial assembly of the appliance, but lacked instructions regarding functions, how to switch between vac and mop, where to fill cleaning fluid, when and how to empty collection bins— thank goodness for YouTube!

Works great and returns to housing device to self empty

It gets the job done…. most of the time. The mop pad attachment has already broke( it’s been a month). It often gets itself stuck in random places and it will randomly have trouble returning to the base. I loved the Shark robot vac I bought a few years ago and I’m honestly kind of disappointed that this one does so mediocre compared to its predecessor.

I’m satisfied with the robot, and I haven’t even used the mop feature. It’s going to get real interesting when the model that goes up/down stairs hit the market!

Great product for quick sweeping and mopping! I love it!

This vacuum is less user friendly than my former roborock s5. It has the app like the roborock but i cant actively see where its at on app if im away and i cant manually control it from my phone. I set it to clean and sometimes it just spins for several minutes, i will set it to clean certain rooms and it wont do the entire room and will clean where i didnt set it to clean. It constantly got stuck on my barstool bases so i had to set a boundary there.
