Good product with strong suction!! It's a little hard to turn if the suction is too much but overall, it is a great product

I had been looking everywhere for a vaccum that was not only good on carpet, but also good on hard wood floor, and area rugs as well! I succeeded when I made this purchase!! I’m absolutely in love with this vaccum, and honestly I never dreamed the amount of dust and animal hair that was not getting picked up by the Roomba, but was caught with this shark vacuum, and I’ll own anything but, bc I know nothing will compare!!

I love this vacuum! Lightweight, easy to maneuver, and use. I was amazed at how much it picked up after I used my other vacuum that is twice as big. Another thing that sold me on it, is that it's nice and quiet. You can't beat it for the price.

Easy to use vacuum that’s perfect for the multiple surfaces I have in my apartment (rugs, hardwood, carpet), and easily collects the dog hair and dirt tracked in routinely. Would recommend.

It is compact, lightweight, powerful and easy to use. I have an 85 LB. Golden Retriever that sheds like crazy. This vacuum makes it easy to keep my floors, rugs and carpet clean. It is very versatile. I am satisfied with every aspect of it.

Great suction! So good that it pulled the underlayment away from our cheap carpeting. I agree with others that the pull-away suction hose isn’t very long, but that wasn’t why we got the sweeper. The electrical cord isn’t as long as our old Hoover was, but it seems ok for a smaller house like we have. It picks up a lot of dirt too.

This vacuum sucks what ever's in it's way it doesn't loose pressure and it's always convenience to use tools that comes with sofa brush pet brush and extender tube this product by far the best I've had. .......BUY IT .........

Easy to use, gets all the dirt. The attachments are simple to take apart. Very easy to clean filters. Light and powerful. I recommend this product to anyone. No complaints at all.

This is a great vacuum for the price. The suction is very good and is very easy to empty the trash container. Works well on carpet flooring and there is a separate switch for hardwood flooring where the roller is not activated.

This vacuum cleaner has very good suction and is easy to take apart and add attachments. Although I am used to a larger head on my old Hoover vacuum, the light weight portability of this vacuum makes up for that. Very happy with this purchase.

Great suction best vacuum over all easy to use and empty light weight with attachments

Although the suction was good and I get very excited when I purchase a new vacuum I was very disappointed in the small canister and short power cord. I have 3 dogs and vacuum daily but I have to change the plug 3 times vacuuming my downstairs and change the canister at least twice. Which is a good thing that it is sucking up dog hair and debris, but a pain in the butt to keep stopping while I’m trying to clean. So if you’re ok with a cord that is not real long and a smaller canister then this vacuum will be great for you!

This vacuum is fantastic. It is easy to use and the attachments work great. I debated buying a Dyson and now after using both the Shark is the better product and costs substantially less.

Replacing an old, worn out vacuum. The Shark Navigator is light weight and easy to use. I have 2 cats and it picks up all the fur left behind. The attachments are at my finger tips and I especially like the upholstery attachment.

Works great on carpet and flooring. Nice attachments and easy to use on stairs.

This vacuum does a good job. Nice features. Reasonable cost. The only issue I have with the vacuum is that to move the handle away from the upright position there is not a release pedal. You must pull it back from the head and I worry, perhaps needlessly, that the catch may break at some point.
