I've had this vacuum for a couple of months and its done a great job so far. The suction is great and the maneuverability is great. It's lightweight and easy to clean. My only issues so far is that the hose is a little stiff which makes it tough to extend the hose when cleaning up high. The other issue I have is that there isn't enough storage on the vacuum for all of the tools that it comes with. I have to store the extension rod somewhere else. Other than those issues it seems to be a great vacuum.

This vacuum has good suctioning power and has a switch to go between hard floors and carpet without turning the machine off. It has filters that are easily removable to clean. I'm happy with it. The only drawback is it has a heft to it. Younger people won't notice but I'm a senior citizen.

Runs smoothly, easy to manage and flexible in terms of fitting under and around furniture, lightweight, good suction and picks up well. I am very happy with this product!

This vacuum is very sturdy and cleans your carpet or floor really good. Especially if you have pets. I have cats and it picks up the spilled litter with ease; but the suction is the best. It picks up anything that is on the floor. Lastly, to dispose of the trash it picks up is easy to take out the bag-less container. A lot easier than my former vacuum which each time I had to remove the trash, I forgot how. This vacuum cleaner is easy to dispose of the trash with the visible latches.

I love the suction of this vacuum. It picks up dust that my old vacuum obviously had not been picking up for years. The parts are easy to take apart and reconnect. My only complaint is that I had hoped to be able to purchase more attachments (like the PetPro spin brush) to be able to use on my stairs, but the Shark website does not have any parts available for the model I bought.

This is easy to use, both as a floor cleaner and with the cannister off to do other areas. Has a very strong suction. I have to use the adjusting ring to decrease it, otherwise it is difficult to push across my carpet. My only complaint is that the listing says an included accessory is the Pet TurboBrush. It is NOT included. Since half the carpet in my house is on the stairways, I ended up buying one of those separately from Shark. Without it, cleaning stairs is awkward.

The suction power works great! Highly recommend if you have pets!

Most importantly this vacuum is light and easy to use. Secondly, it is powerful and does an excellent job.

When our old vacuum died, we did not want to spend to much, but also didn’t want to go cheap. This has been a great little vacuum for the past 6 months.

I like how maneuverable and reasonably lightweight the vacuum is. Additionally, I love that the attachments are conveniently located, avoiding the need to reach down for them. Although the dust container is smaller than the previous version of the Navigator Lift-Away that I owned, this isn’t a deal breaker for me. However, the cord can be pretty annoying when it hangs down so low, unless you use the small hook located higher up on the back of the wand.

Best vacuum for the price. Works great and never clogs.

This vacuum works really well and I would purchase again

I got this handy vacuum for my home that has three dogs in it. There is so much hair at times, it could knit a sweater. I needed a versitale, but in my price range, vacuum; this one is perfect for a pet owner. It has many attachments and I find that the attachments make sticky roller brushes a thing of the past. My floors, furniture, carpet, and bed are dirt and hair free. Plus it's light weight :)

Shark makes great vacuums for the price. Just don't drop it down the stairs or you'll find yourself buying another one

This vacuum is incredible! It’s light weight and gets the job done. I love the tool for the stairs and the walls. I will definitely be getting more shark products.
