It has a long hose and detachable base for maneuverability and extra cleaning help especially with having 3 cats…meow! This is our second Shark upright vacuum purchase and highly recommended this excellent addition to our new home!

A vacuum that doesn't work on carpet!

After owning it for two months I had new carpet installed and now the strong suction makes it impossible to push. Shark support says that can happen and the vacuum is functioning properly, so it's fine with them that they sell a vacuum that doesn't work on carpet! My first and definitley LAST Shark product.

We understand the frustration when the suction is too strong, making it difficult to maneuver on your carpets. There's an added feature of a suction release feature to improve maneuverability on carpets and area rugs. Simply turn the suction release collar at the base of the handle to the right to release excess air. If you're still experiencing challenges with your vacuum, you can contact us at 1-855-427-5127. We're available Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. ET, and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. ET.

Good Vacuum missing under appliance wand

And order extra filters . It’s a good vacuum teens use it for there room as I got a Dyson for the rest of house . We love them both only brand we will buy

Doesn't come whit the attachments showing on pics!

But absolutely not worth the money. The dust bin size is the biggest plus. It is heavy in general but the lift away is impossibly heavy. The attachment for small pick up is flimsy and extremely short so it can’t reach much at all except for baseboards.
