It does a great job. Would totally recommend it. The down fall, is the cord isn't very long. Other than that, this thing is a machine.

This is a very good vacuum for an apartment. It works well on both carpet and vinyl floors. I really like the versatility of the lift-away canister for furniture and hard-to-reach areas.

This is a decent vacuum cleaner in comparison to others in this pricing range. I love the fact that the canister removes for easier maneuverability. But the cord is a little too short making it difficult to move around too much...and not a great idea that it attached to the handle so that when you need to remove and use the tools, you have to unwind the entire cord. The hose is very short and stiff. There were 2 tools missing from the sealed box, so I exchanged for another...missing again. I called the the manufacturer and they sent to me very quickly and without hassle.

I am very happy with my purchase. The Shark Navigator Lift-Away Deluxe does a very good job on my carpet and wood floors. The lift-away feature makes it convenient to reach high places, just wish it was a little more lightweight. Suction control switch is convenient and easy to use. Handle is long enough for a taller person, I am 5"8" and it is very comfortable for me.

This is probably the best vacuum I've used. I purchased the Shark because our last one hose had a hole in it. But after using this vacuum several times, I immediately realized how bad of shape my old vacuum was. This thing literally sucks up everything off the floor, and it's lightweight too. If you are considering purchasing this one, please do, as you won't be disappointed.

Great Suction. Too good! It suckef up our area rugs. We had to return it. All our gloors are laminate or hard wood. We hae many area rugs. This vacuum's suction was jyst to powerful.

Love the light weight. Sucks and very good. It can be maneuvered easily and without a sweat.

We have hardwood and low pile carpet and this works on both beautifully. Light enough to take up the stairs. Attachments are super simple.

I borrowed this vacuum from my son and what a vacuum it was!!! After vacuuming my carpet, it looked like new!!! I ran straight to Best Buy to pick one up. It has great suction and no dust debris particles in the air due to the filter system and swivel steering which makes it easy to turn. I have never owned a Shark vacuum, but I'm glad I found this one.
