This vacuum is great! It has good power, easy to use attachments, and is an affordable option. We mostly have hardwood floors and limited carpet, but it works well on all surfaces.

The suction is great, I love how you can use the wand by just a click and you can remove the whole thing from the base to use on stairs or to vaccuum your car. It is relatively light weight and maneuvers well. The only reasons why I did not give it 5 stars is because it stopped working on me , I have yet to figure out why the brush isn't going when it's on brush mode, but I've only used it 3 times before this happened. I am sure it is either an easy fix, or just have a defective one, I still have to figure out which one. The other ones, might Be due to my laziness, however, my Last few vacuums have had a rewindable cord and A foot release to Pull it back initially. You have to hold your foot on the base and pull the handle back on this one. Other than that, it is a great easy to use vacuum that picks up very well!

Price is grest, but performance is superb. My opinion, it's lighter, easier to maneuver and gets more diet than the Dyson we had been using. I have already recommended to two others who have purchased and like it very well.

Love my Shark!! This works way better than the Dyson's I have! I have owed 3 Dyson's now. After the first 2 - broke. I begged my husband for the Shark. He said, "No". So I bought it any way! I am so glad I did. You can feel the difference not only by the suction pull, but also it is not heavy. The lift away feature is great and I get into my spaces with the shark. Also it's not on that stupid uncontrollable ball that has now broken again on my Dyson.

We were very pleasantly surprised at the cleaning power / suction of this vacuum. Actually does a better job than our Dyson.

This lightweight vacuum does a great job for general cleaning, even stairways, and has the power to pick up pet hair and paper shreds, the biggest headache at our house. It does a great job on carpet, rugs and bare floors and is a great value.

This vacuum has great suction. I would’ve given it 5 stars, but it has trouble going over my area rugs. It’s great on regular carpet though.

It’s a good vacuum and picks up pretty good. The cord is somewhat an issue. Otherwise I’m not doing something right or I just don’t see where to hook the cord to prevent from running it over. All in all a good vacuum. I’m happy with it.

I'm a small person so any bulky vacuum is a no-go for me. Not only is this lightweight, it's powerful! Much better price point than a Dyson and gets the job done for a 1 bedroom apartment with a cat. It also does a great job getting all the litter cleaned up and I love the assortment of attachments. Also, assembly was a breeze and that is coming from someone who hates to read instructions. Great vacuum for petite people or people with a small space but I bet it would be great for a bigger space as well. Very happy with this purchase and thankful for the Best Buy employee who took the time to show me all their vacuums and the pros and cons of each one, this is the one I ended up going with.

Great suction power over many, and is durable. Would be awesome if cordless had same power and wasnt so much more.

We've been using this model of a Shark for years and recently bought one for our vacation home where we have all hard floors. Works like a charm. Love this vacuum - so glad to have it both places now. Oh, and we have two pets who are both "good" shedders. This vac really helps keep the pet hair under control. It's easy to use, all the attachments are at your fingertips, and easy to empty when full with little to no mess. Really, can't say enough good things about it!

Great suction and got the job done! Lightweight and easy to move. Simple to empty canister and filters easily accessible.

This vacuum is pretty good. The cord is a little short, the suction is pretty good but I would like it to be a little stronger, and the dirt cup doesn't hold much dirt. I like that you can lift the dirt cup off so you can easily vacuum under beds, on stairs, or other small places. It's also very light for people who do not have the strength to push a heavier vacuum but still need to do this job. It does tip over easily when you're using the hose so you have to keep a leg near it to make sure this doesn't happen.

This vacuum works wonders! My carpet has never looked cleaner! It sucks up more dirt than I expected and my allergies have definitely improved. I have two cats as well so I am eliminating more cat hair with the Shark's powerful suction. Happy with my purchase! And incredibly pleased at the fact that I missed a sale by one day yet still received that sale price since I mentioned it. No questions, just a smile. That's a story I keep sharing. Best Buy cares about the customer.

I love this vacuum. It is so easy to use and does a fantastic job cleaning. The first time I used it my oriental rugs came out darker due to all the dirt that had been cleaned out. We have a cleaning service that comes every 2 weeks so it is not like we were super dirty to begin with. The handle with the hose and interchangeable parts is really convenient and very easy to switch over to. The suction is great. Can't say anything bad for it except that two of the attachments don't have a defined place to clip onto the vacuum so you have to store them separately. The most frequently used ones do hook on.

Very Honest Review Time: It's a very simple and easy to assemble vacuum. It took me less than ten minutes to be up and running. The movement and it's ability to glide across while doing a great job suctioning is amazing in it itself. It's ease to maneuver is 10/10 It's suctions very well on carpet. My whole house is carpet and the vacuum did wonders on my tougher carpet. The only downside potentially l is that it does blow out more air than I would like compared to more expensive vacuums but for what is worth and it's effectiveness it's not a terrible deal breaker. Overall, it did better than my other old more expensive vacuum and it truly is amazing and I think you'll like it. I've had it for about a month now and it's been perfect.
