This is my first home Shark and it impresses! My boss got a Shark hand vac for the office and it rocked better than the upright. So this let an impression from 13 years ago to get one for the house. It does like to "run away" from you but once you get use to it, you let it vacuum forward for you. It looks good and we now use it on bare floors and carpets. It leaves the carpet looking fresh and standing up so it is fluffy feeling and looking. I look forward to detaching it to use on my car soon!

This is the second Shark I've had. The suction is awesome, it is light weight, and very mobile. The only issue is that it is prone to giving a static shock when on carpet.

Been using two years. Powerful suction, easy cleaning and gliding. Only complaint is it is not intuitive to disassemble.

The vaccum itself works fine but there is only a holder for one attachment and the it doesn't have a light in the front. I've never had a vaccum without a light and you don't know how important it is until it's not available.

I love this vacuum. It picks up easily and switch from carpet to hardwood. Lots of attachments also.

Its an amazing vacuum, very powerful, cleaning and sucking dusts like I never seen with my previous brand the we had, the day its stoped working, my wife was just finished cleaning our daughter's room carpet. I went to Best Buy, and I got Shark, when I get back home, my wife wanted to try the new vacuum in the already cleaned room! We surprised when the dust tank got half full ! WOW

I read reviews and didn't realize how heavy 11 pounds would feel in my hand. That said, this vac picks up everything! When moved to the rug setting, it practically sucks the top loose rug fibers and the rugs look brand new. Awkward: it IS a bit top heavy; I'm careful with it and no crashes. All the attachments cannot be attached to the vac so I'm moving here and there to find the right one and back to the vacuum. Inconvenient, not horrible. Also the width is narrower than the Hoover I had, so requires more strokes. Sucks so well I have to clean the canister at least once during every use.

I was impressed with its suction and ability to pick up dog hair. isn't too heavy and rolls nicely. not sure how long the filter piece will last but we will see.

Cleans great! Picks up the dander from pets and hair. Leaves carpet plush and clean.

My vacuum was over 30 years old and just didn't seem to have enough power. While visiting my daughter, I used her Shark Navigator. It had so much suction power, that thought I should get one. When looking at them on line the Best Buy had a truly best buy. My only concern is it does grab the fringes on the oriental rugs, but it does pick up deep dust that the old vacuum was missing.

the suction on this Vaccum is powerful great for hardwoods, works well with carpet too

I got it for my daughter she absolutely loves it she cleans houses and was a great investment likes how it picks up fine dust

This vacuum is easy to handle and is easily maintained has great suction and is priced right

Excellent vaccuum, great suction and lightweight. The detach option is very useful for quick clean up. We use it all the time.

We like the swivel head, and it has really good power. It really almost drives itself across the carpet. This vac does a great job.
