I have used it a lot since I got it home. It is easy to use, and everything is simply explained for u right on the cleaner. Have had no problems with it, and actually enjoy vacuuming now!!

Shark - Navigator Lift-Away Deluxe Bagless Upright

It is bagless too and I like that. The only thing is that the center part is not sturdy, that is the only thing that I have to get used to. The cleaner picks up everything, including pet hair in the carpet and that says something to me! Strong suction and I need that as I have 2 shedding pets.
