My favorite vacuum by far!!! Never loses suction!!

It grabs everything, nice for carpets and also animals hair

This vacuum is so easy to maneuver and navigate around table legs etc. I love the "under appliance" tool- I have cleaned areas in my house that haven't been cleaned since I moved in! My only drawback is not having a retractable cord. I do miss that. In order to use the longer hose, you have to unwind the entire cord.

Light weight, works great on stairs, sofas, carpet and hardwood.

I bought the shark for myself 10 years ago and now I am just replacing it again it is an awesome and the best picking up machine I've ever seen I hope I never lose this one

Easy to maneuver and does a great job of cleaning, but messy to empty. The dirt cup is very narrow in one place and hair, lint, cat hair gets caught in that spot and you sorta have to reach in with your hand to get it out. When you do that, any dirt trapped with it comes pouring out. Kind of messy but otherwise the cleaning it does makes it worth it for me.

Had a different brand in the past that was purchased because of how cheap it was. All those before it kept breaking. This one is a beast! Not only it cleans my carpet, but I also use it for my hardwood floor, and it does an amazing job about a year and a half in.

Great vacuum! Would be better with a retractable cord, but other than that it works wonders!

Light weight very powerful easily controlled easy assembly

So far, this vacuum has worked mostly as expected; the suction is great and the setting that stops the brush from rolling on hard surfaces is a big plus. However, the dirt cup is a bit small, and the pictures on the item listing led to believe I'd be getting an appliance wand attachment (not included).

Vacuum really good. I like the fact that ypu can also use ot on your sofa and small corners. I would have given 5/5 but it is very difficult when use on the rug/carpet.

So far I'm very pleased with this vacuum cleaner. It's easy to work with and just taking a little time to learn how to take apart the wand, the dirt cup and the other attachment. I'm so pleased at the amount of dirt this vacuum picks up. The carpets look so much better after the first time using the vacuum.

Ok, cleans very well, but heavier than expected. Suction is too strong and lifts loose rugs even when adjusted. Dirt container and foam filters very difficult to keep clean. I consider it average but hope the reliability is good for the months to come.

Vacuum is so light and easy to use! Definitively a great purchase

After living with a cheaper vacuum for years, stepping into this Shark was quite an improvement. The pet/furniture attachment works well and the vacuum is fairly light and easy to maneuver. My only complaint is the main brush could be wider. While it being narrow is great for getting in tight spaces, running across a large floor takes a bit longer.

Doesnt work on my shag runner. The nozzel part is very small so doesn't pick up as much as I would like. Cord is also short. But does have good sucrion otherwise.
