The product has plenty of suction, but the design is lacking. The power cord coming from the bottom of the unit is problematic. The power switch located on the lower portion forces you to bend over all the time. Might not seem like much unless you have back issue, Finally all the tools that it come with are friction fit and they do not fit tight enough. When you try to use one for say getting pet hair off of the sofa, you will inevitably be pulled out by the suction of the machine as they do not fit tight enough. And again you have to bend over to unlatch to empty the container. Very frustrating. I wish my DC14 Dyson didn't die. I don't like the new ones with the ball design. All that being said, it does suck... a lot.

This vacuum is powerful, leightweight and has great maneuverability.

I'd been shopping for a new vacuum, finally decided to ask some friends about their experience with the pricier ones.. Each and everyone told me to forego the more expensive ones and buy a Shark. It's awesome!

All of a sudden my previous (bagged upright) vacuum cleaner broke. I headed to Best Buy for help! The new apartment I moved in had pet hair everywhere! This vacuum cleaner CLEANS brilliantly!!! It's bag less and does a SUPER JOB! After I raved about it, my Sister went out and got one! She loves hers, too! AWESOME PRODUCT!!

I never knew what I was missing. I have always bought the cheapest vacuum at the popular discount store, but I never realized how weak they were until I purchased this Shark Navigator. It picks up so much dirt that my vacuum left behind, I was horrified. Thank you Shark!

This vacuum is easy to use, clean, store and light!

This is the best vacuum cleaner I have ever purchased. I had a Dirt Devil before purchasing this vacuum cleaner and the Shark Navigator sucked up a lot of dirt that the Dirt Devil left behind. This vacuum cleaner is great at handling corners and is detachable, making it great for cleaning carpeted stairs.

Wife loves our Oreck vacuum but hates lugging it to finished basement. Wanted a unit that would clean effectively that would be easy to carry up/down stairs. Purchased this unit and it has been excellent. Very powerful for a smaller sized unit. Additionally very durable. Well worth the price we paid for it.

Lightweight & powerful. Just what we were looking for!

I was actually looking at a different vacuum but ended up purchasing this one, and it was a good decision. This vacuum can be used as a standard vacuum to clean carpet/floors, but also has the functionality to be utilized as a handheld, and crevice tool. The suction is fairly good, and I'm happy with the purchase
