On first testing, the NV360 works well, is quite maneuverable at 14 pounds. To reduce weight, the unit is a bit "plasticky" and early breakage of latches etc. might be an issue in the future, but normal careful usage should not break anything. My unit (Nov. 2020) did NOT come with the "air driven pet brush" even though it is in the instruction manual, nor the "appliance wand" that is pictured in the online manual for the NV360 and NV361. Realize, further, that the brush roller (and belt, if any) are NOT user-replaceable. Customer service told me that the entire motorized floor nozzle (!) would have to be replaced (apparently $95.95 through their website https://www.sharkclean.com/parts/0/all/1143/premium-pet-power-brush/?modelNumber=NV360 ). Smaller items (e.g., filters) are more reasonably priced.

light weight and very powerful cleaning. This is even more so when you have steps to clean and do not want to carry a heavy vacuum upstirs. Easy to clean and with out a mess when dumping the dirt you just sucked up.

Great vacuum for pet hair, our old vacuum died and with 2 kids and a dog we have to vacuum at least 2-3 times a week. The first time we used it we were amazed how much dog hair it picked up. The small brush attachment has a brush and was great for cleaning the furniture and the car. Great purchase!!!

Have not really had this vacuum long but read the reviews and it has the best out of the vacuums we looked at and so far it works really well and is light and easy to move around and get into small corners. It does the job for a regular vacuum with a household without pets.

This vacuum was bought to replace my Dyson. It definitely does a good job. It really sucks! The head is a little smaller than expected but I can live with that. Good replacement purchase

I was searching for a good vacuum but didn't want to spend a lot of money for that,when I found it on sale at best buy I bought it and am very pleased with the performance of this vacuum. It's a bit heavy but uts worth the price.

I was hesitant coz I didn’t know that i got a vacuum with cord but i found it better than the cordless ones because they last longer. The cord is a hassle if you’re used to cordless. I had dyson and another brand I forgot but this is way better and sucks better lol

This vacuum is one of the oldest vacuum best buy sells but definitely one of the best for under 200 bucks. It's cleans very well on carpet and just sucks up dirt stuck in the carpet as it should. Very happy with this purchase.

I bought my first Shark to do hallways and stairs in an apartment building. We had a Dyson at home and after my wife tried the Shark st home, she wanted to trade, so I finally bought another one for the house ... Shark beats Dyson, hands down.

Has great suction. We recently switched to Shark and are very happy with it.

This vacuum does a great job and I love it. I didn't use it for a week after buying it because I thought I wouldn't like it. I was so wrong. It has a lot of suction power and the under appliance wand is a great help. Now I don't have to move the refrigerator to vacuum under it. Love it!

This Shark vacuum has two settings, both are excellent, the second setting truly deep cleans/vacuums very well. I 150% recommended this item. Price totally worth it!

Picks up a lot but hard to push on carpet. It was easy to put together.

I have 2 cats, and my old vacuum was just not cutting it. After reading the reviews on Best Buy I decided to take advantage of the Black Friday Deals and invest in the Shark. Best decision ever! The carpets are cleaner, and it picks up a ton more than my old vacuum. I definitely recommend this to pet owners!

Read other reviews about great job with pet hair pick up, they are absolutely right! It’s like magic, and we have 3 dogs! Great job picking up all hair & easy detach to get hard to reach places with wand/handle. Easy to switch out filter that traps pet odor! BUY THIS VACUUM!
