I am happy with the performance of the shark. I'd done a great deal of research and ultimately decided on this vacuum.

bought this Shark vacuum to pick up dog hair . I have 2 big German Shepards and they shed a lot . this vacuum does a great job picking up the dog hair and other debry left behind by 2 big dogs . great vacuum at a great price.

Well I'm mixed about this. Seems to have good suction and the option to turn the roller bar off is helpful for hardwood floors. However, it DOES NOT have a HEIGHT adjustment for lower pile or higher pile carpets and the brush is very aggressive. So, on my medium depth carpet, it quickly fills up with...carpet fibers beaten out of my carpet. Not sure how long my carpet if going to survive like this. If it had a height adjustment, I'd feel much better about it so I could raise it some and not eat my carpet as much.

Best vacuum I have purchased. Light weight and does an exceptional job.

This was my first time changing from a Hoover Vacuum.... but I am glad I did. This Shark is not only light weight and swivels in all directions but it also sucks the dirt out of the carpet without killing your back in the process. Easy to use and easy to clean. Well worth the money!

Does not work on area rugs. Cord is too shorts vacuum its self is just ok

I was skeptical at first because on the box it really didn’t emphasize animal hair but I was pleasantly surprised. Very easy to use, clear bagless canister so you can see what you’ve picked up and easy clean after each use.

I love this Vac. It glides across the room. And has a great suction.

This ain't no Dyson...However, for the money this is a great vacuum. I am very pleased at how well it cleans. For my application I didn't see the value in spending $500 on a vacuum. For the price this vacuum represents a great value.

This thing is amazing! Cat hair doesn't stand a chance now. Also does the carpet like a commercial grade vac. Great purchase fpr my home.

After my second Dyson died right after warranty expired I decided to look for something that could last more. Apparently this has vacuum is more powerful and lasts longer. It is surprisingly easy to maneuver and it takes care of hard and carpeted floors with ease. Let’s see if it lasts more tahan 5 years and a month now.

Purchased this vacuum for my mother who has two chihuahuas. With the great suction power, it pulls so much debris from the carpet and area rugs that they looked brand new again. The brush feature gives the feel of a self-propelled vacuum and makes cleanup effortless.

I have heavy traffic living with 5 Adults and 2 cats. The soil level wasn't cutting out with my other vacuum. I have pet sitted and found that the shark was the best. I brought it home, very light weight. Not hard to put together. Makes the carpet loo like it's never been touched!

Best Vacuum out there for the money. we bought it for upstairs use to keep from lugging one up and down the stairs. I got to say this vacuum does a remarkable job. we are sold on Shark products. Thank Best Buy

Picks up well. Carpet and bare floor settings easy to use attachments.

I was looking at this versus some cheaper models at other locations and I am glad I made this decision. Portability is excellent for going up and down stairs and cleaning hard to reach areas. Cleaning/emptying the dust trap couldn't be easier and suction power is excellent!

Just received so can't state overall woritness of the vacuum life however I love the settings for hardwood or carpet, it was easy to install, no screw drivers needed I had it put togeth in under 10 minutes and was using it. Suction was good and I love the long hose adaptar so far GREAT item

The first time i used this Shark Navigator I was absolutely shocked at the amount of dirt that came out of my throw rug and carpets. Only negative is that there is no on-board storage for the Turbo Brush or the Appliance Wand both of which are great tools that will be used often.
