I bought this item about a month ago, the first few times were a little hard to use because you feel that it was catching the floor matt, but after few uses it become easy. It's light andhas good suction power.

Hello. It was more than I expected and a gor a very good price

I've had a Shark Navigator and this is my second purchase. The suction is superb. It does tend to tip over when using the attachments and it does take a bit of elbow grease to vacuum on a carpet but I guess that's because of the super suction. I would buy again.

I liked it however I didn’t LOVE it. It’s kinda heavy and it doesn’t have a really great suction.

very strong suction, easy to maneuver, does exactly what's expected. don't find it heavy at all; people complaining about weight must be some wimpy trolls. service at Best Buy was outstanding and the 20% off coupon I receive in the mail almost monthly is always clutch.

Small and compact compared to my old Dyson but wow does it work better! This thing gets ALL my pet hair with ease! My Dyson Animal use to struggle to get it all. We have three large long hair dogs and they shed like crazy!

This is a great vacuum if you have a family and don't want too spend too much on a household item... Does the work, very user friendly and good size to store in right places. Love how you can pull out the canister and just open it straight into the trash. No mess.

I really enjoy this vacuum, I just wish it was a little bigger to cut down on the time it takes for wide open areas, but it does come in handy for tight spaces. The canister is a little small as well, though that is minor.

My wife wanted an upright vacuum with attachments. I wanted one I could detach and be more mobile with; utilizing it as a duster and furniture cleaner as well as a floor vacuum. This model provided us with both options. Shark is a solid performer.

So much lighter than my old Hoover vacuum. Vacuum is nice that I will not have to buy bags anymore. It is great for getting under furniture.

This vacuum is fantastic on carpet! My carpets look new! The only complaint I have is that it's heavy for hauling up and down stairs, but works great! It got out dust and hair I didn't even know were there. The results of the first use were disturbing lol

This is a great vacuum. It picks up dirt like it’s suctioning it up. Less trafficked areas flies through like a breeze. Higher trafficked areas it slows down and you can feel the pull. Makes the carpet look brand new after vacuuming.

Before the purchase we vacuumed the entire house. After the purchase we vacuumed everything again and found that we hadent done anything the first time. This vacuum is amazing would highly recommend.

Great strong n light vacuum and good price love it

We bought this vacuum after using my in-laws as a temporary vacuum when our original one broke. Hooked from first use, great portability, easy to change from an upright to a portable canaster vacuum.

I've had this vacuum for over a month now and am very pleased. It does as advertised, is lightweight and the swivel aspect is great. The lift away container is very versatile. I highly recommend this product.
