Not what I expected it to be. The suction was great, but it was cheaply made. I'll see how it holds up and for how long.

We love our shark. We have 6 dogs and 4 cats and our house is full of pet hair. We love how strong the shark is! It gets all the pet hair and I really love the small powered brush for furniture!

Excellent suction! Easy conversion from hardwood to carpet. A nice long cord.Has the ability to get under chairs. Can't wait to use the lift-away feature for the stairs.

It’s ok. It’s one of the lowest models, so it doesn’t have all the bells and whistles I’m used to With my previous shark. The hose connectors are hard to detach. The attachments aren’t as good as my previous Shark Lift Away DLX (purple). It works, but it doesn’t have all the features I like. If you’re on the fence, spend the extra and go up a model or two.

I love this vacuum, especially for the price. Does everything I need it to and then some. Great suction power and the swivel head and all the accessories help to get into all the nooks and crannies :)

This is my second vacuum purchase in three years. For the most part it’s been okay we have had to fix a few things that have popped up but overall it works better then the cheaper vacuums we have tried.

Bought it as a gift for my daughter. She was shocked to see what her old vacuum left behind but this one was able to find. Loves how it breaks down for stairs and smaller areas.

Lite weight, steers easy, picks up everything in it's way. Plus you can transition from floor to carpet with 1 switch. No bags Now we can get rid of the old canister bulky one

This product is flexible. Using the attachments provided, areas of your home (high or low) can be cleaned up with ease. As the device doesn't require a bag, cleanup is as simple as removing the canister and emptying the contents. Highly recommended!

I love this vacuum! It does a great job and it’s light. The only complaint is when you detach the handle to vacuum with the hose, it falls over easily. Other than that it’s great!

Since we started using the Shark we have seen a improvement on are wood floors Dog hairs are easily captured in the Navigator along with the dirt that they bring in we even use it on our one dog.

The footprint of this vacuum is very compact and will work very well in my daughters apartment. I put it together for her and tired it out. On thicker rugs it did not roll well. It was hard work. My wife said that it was probably because it had such great suction and was really cleaning the rug. After I was done vacuuming with the shark I pulled out our Dyson. The Dyson has a much wider footprint. It was much smoother and still picked up a decent amount of dirt and pet hair. The Dyson was quicker and easier to maneuver. The Shark is a good value, but it is no Dyson.

I have a friend that is a professional house cleaner and she SWEARS by Shark and Shark alone, and this vacuum in particular. She's not wrong. It is amazing and I would not use any other!

Love this vacuum. Just bought for carpeting in 3 bedrooms plus rug in living room. The shark even picked up loose soil that wasn’t visible at all on the carpet and rug.. AMAZING!!!

Oh my goodness do I love my new vacuum! It picks up all my dogs hair easily and the suction is good! I am very please with this purchase and my favorite vacuum I’ve had

Very easy to assemble right out of the box. Couldn't wait to use it and it did not disappoint. The suction on this vaccum is wonderful. I have a lot of hardwood floors in my home and the bare floor setting works great. Highly recommend this vaccum.

I love this vacuum. It does a great job on all floor types. I like that I can also adjust the suction based on the type of floor. With my old vacuum I had to go over the room several times, I only have to go over the room once.

We bought this to replace the big Hoover we had that literally bit the dust. The Shark is good but it tends to cling too much to rugs. You can adjust the suction but it not enough. The machine works very good on flat surfaces and carpets.

My wife has destroyed numerous vacuums over the years but not this one. Never loses suction and costs less than the Dyson. East to maintain an clean even with a dog that sheds everyday. Worth every penny!

We have been very pleased with this vacuum cleaner. It is a lot more powerful than previous ones that we have owned and it clearly sucks up a lot of dirt and other things that have been making our carpets dirty. Good value for the price!
