The only complaint I have is that it's heavy for hauling up and down stairs, but works great! It got out dust and hair I didn't even know were there. The results of the first use were disturbing lol

This thing gets ALL my pet hair with ease! My Dyson Animal use to struggle to get it all. We have three large long hair dogs and they shed like crazy!

Not that crazy about the look, but it lives in a closet, so it doesn’t really matter. Great on carpet/tile/hardwood.

Less trafficked areas flies through like a breeze. Higher trafficked areas it slows down and you can feel the pull. Makes the carpet look brand new after vacuuming.

The suction is superb. It does tend to tip over when using the attachments and it does take a bit of elbow grease to vacuum on a carpet but I guess that's because of the super suction. I would buy again.

The lift-away feature is great for using theaccessories without having to be connected to the vacuum. Wonderful filters do keep the dust in the vacuum, and lifts great amounts of fine dust etc. Definitely recommend
