Excellent vacuum cleaner. Lightweight and can be taken apart for even lighter weight when cleaning corners of ceilings, etc. Would highly recommend this vacuum.

Was really excited to receive this vacuum. But, was bummed when I saw it didn't include the pet turbo brush, dusting brush, long crevice tool featured in the photos(which I was most excited about to reach hard to reach areas in my car) and motorized floor-brush nozzle. I assume the long reaching hose is the hose included with all vacuums unless that meant an additional longer hose. I was gonna send it back but, it's too much of a hassle. And I tried speaking to customer service but, the wait times were horrendous. Overall wonderful vacuum but, very disappointing that it didn't include everything stated in the description.

I needed badly a vacuum and I found this one at a great price. It cleans deeply the carpets and removes hair like crazy. All the accessories are super helpful too. I'm very happy with my purchase.

This is by far the best vacuum that I have ever had!!! I have a large dog with very long fur and this vacuum is the only thing that pulls the fur off of the carpet! Best thing since sliced bread in my opinion.

I bought this for my daughter who has 2 cats. She said it’s awesome, easy to use and can’t believe the pick up power. She had an Oreck that she felt wasn’t working well. Great purchase she said.

Item has great suction, even picks up Coins. However I find it a bit hard to maneuver. Overall great purchase, it gets the job done.

We had a very similar Shark that we loved previously. I bought this thinking it was the same, but it must have been an older or cheaper model. It works well but is very very hard to push, as if it is not high enough off the ground. Does the job well, but it doesnt make it easy on you

I am very happy with this purchase. The vacuum has great suction, I was surprised at how much my previous vacuum was not picking up after emptying this twice. It has great swivel and is able to get underneath tight spaces.

I have owned a Shark for the past 5 years and decided to purchase my daughter one when she moved to her own place. It is performing very well and I expect it will last for years to come.

The best vacuum I have used since my Dyson! Only downside to is thinking your floors are clean until you use it! Yuck! We love it! Easily a 5 star rating

My Dyson was heavy and the tube for cleaning hard to reach places ripped after just 6 months. I'm so happy with this purchase. Not only was it far cheaper, it is lighter and easier to maneuver. I love it! No complaints here.

Great vacuum cleaner. I like the feature for cleaning stair. Part of the unit is removable. The suctions is excellence. I'm very pleased with this purchase.

I have had a few more expensive vacuum’s, but for the money I saved on this vacuum I am truely glad I tried this out. It actually cleans better than one of the $580 single ball units I have. I love it.

There are multiple options for cleaning and emptying the canister is a breeze!

With hardwood floors and area rugs we no longer needed our heavy windtunnel vacuum. This vacuum is also much easier to use on the stairs and curtains with its removable canister.

I like the Shark vacuum. It has good suction on carpet. One negative thing is it seems a little unstable and could fall over easy.
