Perfect for pets

Worst ever!!!!

Its terrible on rugs that are mildly thick even after adjusting the "bad engineer" port on the handle ( an afterthought from a poor design engineer). You really have to push this vacuum. You need to try this before you buy!!! Also the hose is too short making hose cleanup veery difficult unless separate the top half ( also bad idea). finally the power cord gets stuck on everything, also poorly designed. I think this product is only meant to frustrate. I purchased it here but I never will but this product brand again.
