The whole time I thought my old dirt devil was picking up dust and little did I know it was leaving everything behind. Upon using my new shark, my rugs not only looked new but felt new too. There was so much dust accumulated letting me know that this vacuum was really picking up everything. I have to agree with some reviews on it being a little heavy, although I don't mind as long as it works. The shark is well worth my money!

Good for the Money!

I recommend getting a warranty, because things do go wrong here and there. The container gets full quick if you have dogs and the unit won't suck up anymore. The brush gets human hair wrapped around it so you have to remove it with scissors. All in all, it is a good vacuum for the money if you don't mind doing a little maintenance.
