Really Sucks

Stolen package by Roadie driver.

Purchased this vacuum on 12/23 and out of the convenience of not picking it up directly on Christmas Eve I opted for the next day delivery. I never got it in pretty sure the Roadie Driver stole it as it shows he picked it and up he never delivered it. Reached back out to Best Buy customer service on the 12/27 and the first rep didn’t want to submit for a replacement he time me to wait 48 more hours. Finally got someone who did want to do their job at the moment and with no issue had a replacement submitted which I opted to pick up in store. Definitely was not a a great time. As for the vacuum it works wonderfully. Nothing personal towards the product, it does work as advertised.

Better than the Shark - Navigator Bagless Upright Vacuum - Champagne - which was a huge disappointment because it died after about a year. Hoping to have this much longer. Easy assembly and easy to clean. Would have preferred a brush instead of the velourish attachment but not too big of a complaint.
