    I have three dogs and a mostly white area rug in the living room. I was planning on cleaning the rug with a carpet cleaner I previously purchased, so I used the new vacuum first. Let me just say, it was so effective that I didn't need to use the shampooer afterwards. I LOVE this thing.

    First off, BestBuy was awesome when we returned this. I liked how it felt on hardwood, but that’s all. I couldn’t vacuum rugs for the life of me, and got super sore after vacuuming carpet. I also got shocked three times while using the wand… why?? That’s unnecessary. The cord was weirdly placed too. If it wasn’t for the carpet and rug part I would keep it, but I can’t buy different vacuums for different functions. That’s too much.
