    I went to the Best Buy in Poughkeepsie and I went back home with the vacuum. . After than I was using the Shark. My Order Number is BBY01-806360504036. There was a problem in the first time but they didn't do something with the first vaccum but the other won was OK.

    My choice was between this vacuum and the dyson animal.....so glad I picked up the shark. We have wood floors and this vacuum performs flawlessly on the wood floor and has a separate mode for rug use that we use on rugs around the house. It was cheaper than the dyson and performs just as well.
