Mom needed a new vacuum

The power switch has two settings, one for bare floors and one to turn on the brush for carpet. I purchased a couple of OEM filters elsewhere for it so she can rinse the dirty ones and let them thoroughly dry. So far she hasn't had one complaint!

Spend the extra and get the professional model

I gave this only 4 stars because I previously had the next step up and there is a noticeable difference between the 2. This one feels of much lesser quality in the materials as well as the functionality. Seems to work good, have had it 2 weeks. I wish I would’ve paid a bit more for the other model.

Great versatile vacuum

We purchased it specifically because we recently had stairwell carpeted and this allows for the lift away feature to get the stairs well. We have been pleased with this purchase and use it at one of our AirBNBs.

The quality for the price is great! I bought one two years ago for the upstairs. I find it better than my old Dyson I paid $400 for and this was a fraction of the cost! I would definitely recommend.
