Great Vacumm!

We got it in a nice sales event with good price so we decided to buy a new instead of trying to repair our old onw.

Great vacuum

Upright vacuums always get jammed somewhere. I'm giving this four stars for now, but I'm cautiously optimistic, as the other Shark I had died within 2 years. It just totally stopped sucking while the motor kept going. I hope this one isn't going to end up that way.

I was wanting a Dyson

I'm use to buying Bissell vacuums and don't get me wrong they are nice but this Shark is in a league by itself. So, this is what a higher end vacuum is like. Now I don't even want a Dyson anymore because I can imagine a vacuum better than this. High end vacuum without the high price tag.
