    Our family loves Shark vacuums, this is our 4th in 14 years. The price for this one was amazing, but it is SO heavy & hard to maneuver . This is our least favorite of the ones we've owned.

    So mom needed a new vacuum and wanted something with good pickup. She's really happy with this unit. The power switch has two settings, one for bare floors and one to turn on the brush for carpet. I purchased a couple of OEM filters elsewhere for it so she can rinse the dirty ones and let them thoroughly dry. So far she hasn't had one complaint!
