    Great vacuum. Far better than what we replaced. Long cord and the canister that lifts off is great help. I just wish there was a place to store the other attachments on the handle, but not a major disadvantage.

    I was very weary about this purchase at first. Due to the price I wasn't sure it was worth it...it was. I never could have imagined being as impressed with a vacuum cleaner as I am with this one. The versatility of its design and the sheer amount of crud it picked up out of a "clean" carpet makes it a solid product.

    appreciate the 'at the door' person being able to direct to area needed, saves a lot of time and effort. never have had a problem with anything I bought at Best Buy nor a problem with an employee as to lack of info or willingness to assist.
