friend bought one and I liked it so I bought one too. So far so good except the bottom canister door gasket came loose and expanded some after washing it out. I dried the gasket and it was still not wanting to go back into place but finally got it back in (bearly). I found No Replacement gaskets avalible anywhere. So be carefull and just use a wet cloth to wipe out canister

Works great. Doesn’t have a light on it. Easy to clean.

Bought this as a replacement for my older Shark vacuum. It does the job but is not as good as my older model that was lit. Don't get me wrong, it is a decent vacuum but like everything else that was great, Shark decided to make this not as good as previous generations.

The product is really lightweight and works as needed.

So far so good... I needed a reliable vacuum that does a good job, and this one has lived up to expectations... sometimes if i need to travel and clean with it, i can take condense it down to fit in a suitcase and do that...

Works good and it has a long cord. It's a little on the heavy side and I think the side clamps which holds the dirt is easily breakable

I purchased this to replace our old Shark Navigator. This newer model doesn't have lights and has clips that need to be unhooked to release the canister. My old Shark had a push button to release the canister. The new unit has a narrower suction head and doesn't seem to as easy to control add the old Shark.

Great for a first time buyer of a vacuum. I like the attachment options.

This vacuum cleaner is amazing! I could not believe how much it picked up from my rugs (and that was after I already vacuumed using another well known brand device!!). This is by far the best vacuum I have ever owned.

I bought this to replace a Dyson I had used for 5+ years. It is just as good and many 100s of $$$ less. It has many useful tools. My only complaint is that the dust cup is a bit more work to empty. Otherwise I'd say save your money and get a Sahrk.

Vacum was easy to use. Compact size and ease of use is the best feature.

my daughter likes it much better than the hoover self-propelled it replaced.

Not sure how long it will last, but suction pretty good.
